We held our 60th Birthday party at Tavern on Main Street. They exceeded our expectations in every way. When Rhonda said she was bringing her A team, she absolutely meant it. Every single person was fabulous and such a pleasure to work with.
From the beautiful décor and thoughtfully crafted specialty drinks to the mouthwash in the bathrooms, no detail went unnoticed. Our guests are still raving about the food—it was absolutely divine!

What a great spot to get some tasty food! Everything is cooked in front of you, service is nice! Place is roomy and feels spacious. It was busy on a weekday evening, but there was no wait to get seated. Their Reuben sandwich was amazing, so as gyro and coleslaw! Everything is fresh and delicious! Pita, fries – all tastes great! Will be coming back to this place!

Best burger I’ve had in a really long time! Michael our server was absolutely the best!! Only reason not 5 ☆ the cauliflower soup was a bit off. But Michael gladly replaced with a vegetable soup & kindly said if you dont like that we can try the lemon rice… or the chili… or just forget about a soup!! Lol! Me & my husband just came from Corwell R.O. hospital. We really needed a win after that visit. Ordered a Patty Melt which was grilled to death on marbled pumpernickle bread not rye. The ‘Seasoned waffle fries” did not taste seasoned at all and there were only about 12 (at best) in the basket for $10. We tried to talk to the waitress (Rebecca) about it and she could careless. Lots of empty seats in here at 6:30 p.m. I can see why. I won’t be back. If you want to waste your money, this is your place!

It was okay. We went during Clawson Fest so I might give it another try when it’s not so busy. I got the tavern burger, it was pretty basic & not very flavorful. It would be nice if the sandwiches were served with fries, but they aren’t so we paid extra for a side of fries and barely got any. They were a mix of straight & crinkle cut so they must’ve been running out. My mom got the Reuben & really liked it. For drinks, I tried the tropical punch cocktail. It was good! i would come back to try the appetizers & other drinks.

We love Tavern on the Main! We’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. Food, drinks and service are all great! I’m a plant lover and I asked the owner how old her jade tree is because it’s absolutely beautiful and well taken care of (just like her restaurant) and she went out her way to give me a propagation without even asking. So glad we found this place.

I like bar food but the food takes bar food to a new level. I was equivalent to heating up a bag of Tyson frozen food in the oven and serving it to guests. The drinks were good. The service was good but slow as they were understaffed. Based on these things, I worry they are not doing so well with their bottom line. Improvement of food quality is a must.

This used to be a favorite of mine, especially the crispy brussel sprouts, but the last few times we went the food was not good. Tasted like warmed up frozen mush. Disappointed and have not returned for our weekly dinners.
