I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt. So I went a couple of times before I wrote the review. Both times I went it was a horrible experience. I will say the staff is friendly and very courteous. As far as the food a definite no. Both times the grease was old, so the food didn’t have a fresh clean taste. The first time I ordered fish. Bad taste due to dirty grease. The last time I went I ordered jumbo shrimp and fries. The batter was falling off the shrimp and the fries were soggy. A complete waste of money..

The food was fresh and the portions were great. I loved the butter they provided with the hush puppies. TT’s customer service was excellent!! Smiled, greeted us, helped us out. I would love to size some pictures of people finishing or some type of family gathering/reunion pictures on the wall. Make it more relatable. Everything was delicious!!!

The Stars are simply for the staff that I encountered in my visit. The service and the food were extraordinary!! I would’ve enjoyed it more if they were paid more than $8.50 hourly. Today was my first visit and gladly, there was a frequent swimmer (regular customer) who made a recommendation for the catfish and shrimp basket. You’ll see why in the photos why I enjoyed it. The manager on staff, Kelly Jones & JT, the chef, both made my dining experience worth the trip. Because they are not compensated a quality of life wage, I will not return until they are paid more than $22 hourly. I don’t make that decision however, it sickened me during the conversation that they earn $8.50 hourly.
$8.50 is a deplorable wage for anyone in this economy. Thank you guys for being effervescent and a joy to experience today. No reply is necessary ~The “finance” customer.

I was pass through Greenville, wanted some fried fish. I stop here. First impression is that they must be ready to close because chairs were put on top of the tables on one side. The man at the counter who took our order was pretty cool great customer service. There was a young lady who seemed to be frustrated with someone on the phone and kept that same energy the whole we were there. I ordered the shrimp tacos, catfish dinner with greens and whitening dinner with Mac. The presentation was amazing it was a lot of fish. The dinners came with hush puppies which had an aftertaste. The Mac had no favor. The greens taste dirty either the were can or they wasn’t clean good but I didn’t care for them. The fish was amazing even though I think they gave me two whitening dinner

From the moment I walked I felt the good energy: from the good smelling food to Olivia greeting me with a big smile & the music. It was my first there and wasn’t sure what to get and she helped me sooo much. I loved her personality and customer service A1! The food was amazing, the greens was perfectly seasoned, the catfish was perfectly cooked too !!! Definitely worth the drive and stopping here while driving to Virginia. Highly recommend!

Food was great. I got the shrimp and catfish po boy. Didn’t know it came cheese and tomatoes (my fault) but didn’t change the sandwich on bit. Granson got chicken tenders w/Mac and cheese. all was good staff was amazing and attentive. Definitely will be back.
