Don’t go here. This is how my sandwich came with a bad red piece of turkey in the meat…..old food.The kid gives out old bread and claim it’s fresh. Hard flaky impossible to bite into. Obviously old…It’s overcooked and few days old apparently then he acts all innocent and acts clueless. He says they are all hard like this….. NOT. Many other subways that have fresh cooked bread. Not hard at all…Learn how to cook it and don’t give out old bread kid!! He has zero clue on how to make a sandwich and cares less. Also don’t give out old turkey can cause major illness!!

Whoever was working the evening of 11/16 was incredibly rude to me. I called several times in a row to cancel my order. I ordered to the wrong store by mistake. Not only was she declining to cancel my order but she was very rude to me. I will never be coming to this location again and I want my money back.

We been to a lot of Subways but we haven’t experienced this type of rudeness from an employee before. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she should have left that at home because it kind of ruined our experience. And the tipping point was my girlfriend grabbed a large cup and filled it with water and she still charged us for a fountain drink instead of correcting the mistake. It was just an honest mistake and we were penalized for it. And then she was blasting her music throughout the restaurant while the restaurant already had music playing which was kind of irritating.

Super expensive, paid almost 13.oo for a foot long sandwich nothing else and it was VERY disappointing, it was a SUBstandard tasting sub and the ingredients were very skimpy, and the two staff members were NOT friendly, and I felt like they didnt listen well.
Needless to say I wont be back to subway ever again, yes they lost my business!!!

Walked in wasn’t even greeted they made it seem they were annoyed of me being there probably because they haven’t had a customer in a while until I walked in Worst customer service experience go to Carl’s Jr across the street you’ll probably receive better service

Everytime I come in the young man always tells me that there out of meatballs. Even though I live down the street from there. I would rather go to the 5 points Subway. No matter what time it is they always take care of me. I graded them so low because I never had the Subway sandwich to grade. In store music was so loud that I had to yell to get their attention. Yep, I was being ignored while both employees spoke to one customer, carrying on in Spanish.
I asked for their wi-fi password so that I could use my on-line Uber Driver coupon…..
She wouldn’t give me the password.
Her assistant mgr wouldn’t even come out of the back to talk to me about this issue.
Never going back, even though the store is in my own neighborhood.

Obviously the food was good per usual but as always the service here was one of the worst worker threw stuff into plates ignored most of stuff said to her next time I will not hesitate to talk to manager if she continues with this attitude.
