I usually never do this, but this was an absolute disappointment
Strawberry Shake and Slushie were actually the ONLY good things from my order.
Ordered 2 Whopper Jr’s, both dry as cardboard with no ketchup or anything, 2 wilted pieces of lettuce and some overly vinegar tasting pickles, oh and one with a long black hair in it.
Bacon Potato Poppers were decent at best, dry but at least it had some flavor.
I used to love BK but you guys have got to get it together.

Are party waited while the help cleaned the floor, after waiting three to four minutes, before someone finally took our order! The person taking our order had no clue what she was doing! Pretty unorganized and a manager was right there. The mobile coupons left them confused ♀️!

Ok so this is a 6 dollar chicken sandwich dry as a bone on the inside burnt and god knows how old on the outside. I couldn’t return it due to having very limited time to get back to work on lunch, called and got hung up on before a hello was even given. Wasted 6 dollars for something That looked and smelled like it was picked out of the trash, which is where my lunch ended up and I had to wait 8 hours to eat, I wouldn’t eat here if you value your health.

Went through drive thru on 4-26-25 around 4:30 pm.. asked a question about why sauce was charged now for my onion ring, the man was rude and we said have a good day, nothing back. If you don’t like your job, move on! Management doesn’t respond to a single review on here. Should be less than 3 stars.

Literally waited in the drive thru for over twenty minutes. Only two cars in front of me. Just to be told pull up and wait. How long does it take to make 2 cheeseburgers? Absolute trash staff here now. This location use to be good and now it’s the worst one you could ever go to.

In the first drive through window I was told to pull forward, then I got to the 2nd drive through window, I was told I should have waited at the first window and that it would take time for my order as it was placed through the app. When they brought my food out I explained the above and instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, I was told yeah you should have waited. I tried politely explaining that I was told to pull forward by the first person and I just kept being told the same thing – you should’ve waited. All I really wanted was to be heard and if they would have apologized about their miscommunication to me, I wouldn’t even be upset. Perhaps customer service training would go along way but instead they just kept telling me the same thing – you should have waited!! Very frustrating
