This is absolutely the worst run business on campus. For the last four weeks, this establishment has somehow consistently been running out of chips and lacking on their promises of service. My orders have been consistently cancelled because they are “running out of chips” before NOON. The food is already WAY overpriced compared to every other option on campus. Other options average to be about $10 and Moe’s finds itself in the $12-15 range. Maybe that would be acceptable, if we were actually getting the chips we are promised with every order. But no. I just paid $13 for a plain burrito and was given no chips. When I asked for some, since they were sitting in a bin right in front of me, the service said since they keep running out the chips are being reserved for nachos and chips & queso orders only. So if I want chips with my $13 burrito, which are supposed to come free, I now have to pay an additional $6. Bringing my total for a BURRITO to $19!? Thank you for scalping college students who are simply trying to find affordable meals on campus. Save your time and go to absolutely any other options average available.
Aramark, this is unacceptable and you need to figure out how to run a business… Either find a way to order the appropriate amount of supplies or lower your pricing.

The one good thing I can say is that the food was edible. I ordered a chicken burrito with rice and beans. It was served cold, with a chewwy tortilla with the consistency of dough, hard to eat and wrapped in the size of a golf ball. Some of the chicken pieces were also strangely chewy. It took a half hour to recieve our food, and it wasn’t busy. The workers were friendly. Maybe try another item on their menu.

I got a chicken quesadilla, and it was really good! The people who work here were super friendly and communicative with me. The wait to get my food from start to finish was not long, either. I do not have a meal plan so this meal ended up being a little over $11, which is a little pricey, but it was really good. I definitely would come back!

Genuinely takes FOREVER to get my food. Placed an order for a burrito at 7:45, wasn’t ready until 8:40. Why? No clue, but I saw all the employees wandering around and showing each other things on their phones. Even when I get my food, it’s just generally gross and sloppy.

Food took well over an hour to get out I ordered a burrito with a lot of toppings expecting to get a decent sized meal, it’s why I ordered so much. And Instead I got a tiny burrito that had dry rice and just was gross. Overall super disappointing to wait an hour for a burrito the size of a small hamster.

Ordered inside and waited 30 minutes just to be told that they were out of queso, and I only wanted chips and queso.
They were also just letting order tickets pile up. They would put the new ones on top and then when they would get a new ticket they would pull the one on top, so the oldest orders weren’t getting made.
Workers were also pretty slow at making food. I understand taking your time to read the ticket so you put the right ingredients, but why are we moving at a slow pace when reaching for a spoon. They aren’t hard to pick up or reach. They would also stop working or work even slower if someone they knew came up to them and started talking.

Burritos are always good. However, it’s been multiple times I haven’t been discounted the Moe Monday deal and charged full price. Never happens to my friend, though and she gets the same thing I do. Today I got Moe’s and checked my declining balance and saw it happened again. I told the employees, but they didn’t know what to do. They offered to get the manager but I didn’t want to hold up the line. I know everywhere is short staffed but please train your employees to handle refunds with DB.

The girls working were super sweet but I don’t understand why they do the ticket system… seems doing it the normal way would be much faster. And I waited over an hour for my Crunchwrap thingy and there was no queso & barely any steak on it & it was super sloppy and burnt 🙁 they definitely need to figure something out because the current system isn’t efficient for the employees or the customers. People kept ditching their tickets without saying anything so a bunch of food was wasted & made the wait longer for everybody else. If they have to do it that way, I would suggest shutting down the orders when it gets that backed up. Felt so bad for the employees. Not a good experience.

Literally disgusting, burrito had no flavor and you could tell the ingredients were cheap quality. Went on Monday where they had the moe Monday special deal sign out but when you get to the register they said they didn’t do that, then maybe don’t put the sign out at the beginning of the line . So I paid twice the price of what I wanted to pay on a burrito that was basically inedible.
