I just came through the drive-through. My chicken sandwich was burnt to the crisp and it tasted like dirty grease they need clean out the deep fryer and quit serving people disgusting food. Tater tots was cold. I’m so disappointed in Tuttle Road sonic.

I ordered through door dash and got 2 of the skimpiest looking LARGE chili cheese fries ever! It’s bad enough that door dash charges more the least this location could do is make it worth it for crying in the night. The large size should have been considered a small or medium was just spread out in a larger box. Barely any cheese and only a small amount of chili. Not impressed complete waist of money in my opinion. Don’t you people know how expensive crap is right now like come on quit ripping people off!!!

There was no place to park my truck and trailer at the order kiosks, so i had to park elsewhere. They could not bring me my food…like they could not leave the actual covered porch area to walk to my truck to give me my food, then the sandwich had onions on it, which i asked not to be on it, and the tator tots were cold and not cooked. My dog did not even want to eat them when i got home. I will never go there again

My chicken sandwich was severely raw in the middle. I unfortunately ate part of it before realizing it was raw. I called and talked to ash. she said just bring up the food and we’ll refund you. Once I got there, I was ignored for 25 minutes before finally being dealt with. The manager didn’t even check my sandwich and just put it in the trash and told me I would have my money back and left it as that. I was truly just concerned with my health. I will not eat from sonic again they don’t care about my safety at all.

Consistently terrible. It used to be great but something is wrong almost every order now. Ordered breakfast offerings they have all day. Burritos. Egg is kind of an important part… they put no egg on any of it and didnt mention a thing about it.
Sucks, but probably just understaffed and unable to find enough help like everywhere right now.

I ordered 2 burgers and a shake. Got home and 1 burger was raw inside. They took my card and gave me NO receipt!! Called mgr with in like 10 minutes and I would’ve had to drive back to show them the burger BECAUSE again, they gave me no receipt! We go there a lot..well we DID! Do not go there plz for you own sake! I can see why a lot are closing!

I tried to order on the app and it would not go through. We pulled up to one of the ordering stations and no one answered 3 different times. I tried to ask two different employees for help. They just said they were busy.
I typically do not eat at Sonic but my kids wanted to try it. I will never eat at Sonic again. They need to send the employees through Chick Fil A training. This place is so inefficient. Several cars have left just like us.

So I went to get a refund they tried to tell me that shot isn’t mold and so you see the color difference in the hotdogs bruh no that’s crazy and shouldn’t be served to people end up with food poisoning
