Burger King has satisfied my hunger so many times. I hope this place never leaves. With there being almost no other places to go for good hot food at all hours through the night. Burger King is always there. Big Thanks to the Kings & Queens of late night food.

Let me start this, by saying at 20 years in food service. I get Halloween can be a nightmare. I can look past most things when it comes to food.

So at 7pm on Halloween, we’re on a schedule to catch an 830 event an hour away. We grab a quick bite from the drive through. We pull up and half the menu is out. The person taking the order has the personality of fine course sandpaper and can’t be bothered to be asked questions about the menu, let alone hear the correct order. Now in simple- 2 Bacon Cheese Burgers No Pickles Lg drink no ice and fries is pretty simple. Order 2 a number 1 medium- no onion no mayo. Heavy pickles. Still straight forward. Somehow this was not what was heard. Now for the troubling part they managed to mess up all modifications so bad that even the wrong order was made wrong. The bacon burgers had no bacon on them. The other burger was made wrong even after put in as no mayo, no tomato came with tomatoes and mayo and no pickles. Fries were cold. Burgers barely passable at a gas station. So my mentality of no worries I’ll have them fixed kicks in. I mean mistakes happen. Dining room is open til 9pm. Yeah apparently they lock up at 7. So I call the store- the guy who answers the phone had a whopping 0 damns to give. Told me “Go through the drive through again tell them and maybe they will make it right.” I can respect a bad night being through many of them myself. This was worse than that. If it’s around dinner time, maybe late night munchies run whatever it may be.. do yourself a favor go to Forest Ave, go to a 24 hour gas station. Maybe find roadkill on the side of the road all much better options than this rocky horror picture show.

Poor food is forgivable, poor service isn’t.

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling. There was only one car in the parking lot so we were a little suspicious. We took the chance and were not disappointed! The place seemed to have been recently renovated, and was very clean. The food was delicious. We were in and out in a very short amount of time. We were traveling with a camper, and there was plenty of parking area. We were on and off the interstate quickly.

Waited 25 minutes from when I made online order for an impossible Whopper meal. Place wasn’t that busy and they didn’t even get the sandwich right. Probably need a better manager or better trained personnel as many places to do these days sadly.

The food was off. Way too much condiments on our burgers, at least 3x what should have been on there. Very sloppily made. Sat in drivethrough for about 5 min. Was very slow. The buns were off as well, I don’t know if something was off or just a bad shipment, but I would put that part more on corporate.

I just went to Burger King less than 10 minutes ago I had to wait at the window for more than 5 minutes because they were making my Whopper . I find that hard to believe because when I got it it was ice cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. It had been sitting out for a while the bun was rock hard. It was the SpongeBob meal I think there was supposed to be a toy nothing the cheesy bacon bites also ice cold the only thing that was cold was the pie I threw the burger out and the cheesy bites because they were both disgusting cold do Better Burger King. I spent $30 on two disgustingly gross cold meals and nobody else was there in the store or in line so they had time to make a Hot meal

I ordered an original chicken sandwich and an order of cheesy tots. The woman told me they didn’t have cheesy tots. I asked if they were out of them and she said that they have been discontinued. I then suggested that they might want to take it off of their menu and she literally scoffed at me. Pulled up to the window and didn’t see the woman, but could hear her in the background in a not so pleasant manner, saying ‘we have no control over the menu board’. Tell me how a customer is supposed to know that. Very rude. I am a store manager and was absolutely appalled at her lack of customer service. Very disappointed. Very unnecessary statement. An explanation would have been more appropriate than her rude behavior.

The food was hot and fresh . The cheese on my breakfast sandwich was actually melted. The service was top-notch. The store was clean. Every table was washed. Use the app and save about half price.

Employee was very disrespectful. She was treating me like I am stealing at the drive-through yelling at me while I was asking her a question she had an ugly service. I am very disappointed. It does not seem like I am gonna go back there again. If she does not like her job, let her quit. You cannot work with that behavior and that attitude with customers treat people good as you want to be treated. Good Working at food service. You must have good attitude with customers, but today it was a bad the employee had a bad attitude and disrespectful. I think those are the night shift employees only her she was very disrespectful. I heard about the Burger King, but I didn’t know that really bad.
