My friend and I were really excited to visit this Wendy’s location, especially since it was her first time trying the Meal of Misfortune.
We’d been looking forward to it and thought it would be fun to dine in and make it a little outing and we were definitely drawn in by the festive atmosphere!

Inside, the energy felt upbeat. the cooks and staff seemed like they were enjoying themselves and having fun, kind of rowdy, which made the vibe really lighthearted. We also loved that the dining room was decorated with purple balloons and themed for the Wednesday campaign. The Wednesday balloons were such a fun touch and made it feel like they really put effort into celebrating the launch, which we really appreciated.

That said, there are a few areas where we noticed room for improvement. When our food was ready, we didn’t hear them call our name and since we were sitting down waiting, we didn’t realize that our ice creams had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes before the rest of the meal was ready. My friend ordered a large ravens blood but they gave her the small. She requested the size she ordered and they corrected the issue, but by the time we finally got our food, my Raven’s Blood ice cream was completely melted because the food took so long (about 15 minutes or so)

The fries and nuggets were not very warm either. they tasted like they had been sitting for a bit and weren’t as fresh or crispy as I’ve had at other Wendy’s locations.

We still had so much fun being there, and we really did enjoy ourselves overall. The themed decor made it feel festive and special. I’m hopeful that with just a bit more attention to timing and presentation, this location could really shine because the potential is definitely there.

We’re still fans of the campaign and the Wendy’s brand, and we’d love to come back and give this location another try sometime. I know how busy things can get, especially during limited-time promotions like this, so we appreciate the effort and hope this feedback is helpful in making the guest experience even better for everyone 🙂

I am never one to write a review without First contacting the store or giving them a second chance, but honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food, and I will never return to the Wendy’s in Monroe. The manager is beyond rude, the staff is unhappy, the order was wrong in 1 million ways, the fries were cold and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes, and for the first time, my husband and I threw out the food we had purchased because it tasted so horrible. Someone should shut this place down or fire the manager or the health department should come in because the food did not taste right along with the ugliness of their customer service

Mobile order submitted a few minutes before arrival

No one in the drive. Immediately told to drive around. Had to exit and every road to pull around.

Food took well over 13 minutes to get. Fries were bad, seemed like old oil. Had a red color. I think we the most of then away. Burgers were good.

Several workers were staffed. Didn’t know what the delay was.

When we finally got find. There were 3 cars that were told to pull around.

This was a Friday night. Maybe around 10 pmish

For whatever reason now you have to keep pulling around after you pay for your food. I am not sure if it’s short staff or what. But other than that, some of the workers are nice and chill. I’m not sure if they’ve been short staff or what. Hopefully it gets better

Ordered a baconator meal and a double burger meal. 2 of the worst burgers we’ve ever had. They definitely weren’t made fresh. The burger patties were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The fries were cold and not salted at all. I’ll never get burgers from here again.

Came through the drive thru tonight after the Christmas parade, they were packed and when we got to the window, Zariah(at least that’s what the receipt says) was the one working the window. She was SO sweet & personable. Her customer service was top tier!!

Absolutely don’t go here, the man who runs the drive thru should not be employed for a CUSTOMER SERVICE job, he is rude and mean, my wife ordered a burger no cheese because she is lactose intolerant and it came with CHEESE, I did not came back for my money because of how bad the service was, food ended up in the trash and we ended up getting McDonald’s for her since it was late and only place open.

Wesley the manager needs to be fired!! Went in the store due to drive through was long. The manager was taking orders at the DT. The man tried to take my order and asked the manager to clear the POS system due to things being on I didn’t order. Manager Wesley told him “I’m taking orders and I’m not doing it at the moment make her wait.” He apologized for my wait said there was nothing he could do until Wesley cleared it and that DT might be faster. Another worker came to clock in and she tried also trying to take the order and walk to talk to the ones making food. She even apologized for managers behavior. After about 10 mins Wesley finally clears the screen. The food was cold once I got home and NOTHING was offered for the rudeness of that manager. I feel SO bad for the workers, I can’t imagine how many times they have to apologize for poor management. There are a total of seven to 10 employees working.

I ordered a Dave’s Double, meal, large. No cheese. I got home, 9+ miles away, I git a single…with cheese. The meal was $12.00+. I did not get a receipt. I called the manager, she offered to replace it next time I was in town, but I have no receipt. I told her I could not prove I bought anything. There was interference on the phone and at one point the phone hung up so am going to assume she was cut off and not that she hung up. She was nice. I called back, but no answer……. This Wendy’s is a good restaurant but sometimes someone falls flat and not a whole lot of interest, unlike most fast food places in the same town.

We waited 20 minutes in a drive through with only one car in front of us. They charged us $15 more than they should have, then refused to give us a receipt. Wouldn’t give us sauces for the chicken nuggets we ordered, and half of our order was wrong. We frequent Wendy’s, but will not be going back to this one.
