This was my first time at a Panda Express and was a great experience mostly due to Landon we expressed that this was our first time and he helped us understand our choices and was fantastic. I will be going to another Panda Express because I’m from SC. I can only hope that the person that helps me is 1/2 what he has been. Thank you Landon.

When we ordered our food and it came to our drinks, they kept asking if we wanted it with ice for each cup. Then when we got our drinks there was hardly any ice in it at all. My kung pow bowl didn’t have enough meat in it either. They skimp and keep asking you for donations. Just an odd experience.

The workers here are amazing. There was a slight issue with an online order and they were great to fix it and made sure I was happy. I really like the food at this location. I go there every time for my Chinese food. The black pepper beef and the orange chicken are our family’s favorites. Thanks.

Be aware!!! Drive-thru customers This company will charge you at least one dollar for what they call “panda cares” which basically is a donation either you like it or not either you approve it or not first time I noticed I thought it was a mistake and then today I just confirmed this is on purpose.

This place is hit or miss. One day you will have a flawless experience and the next they will either totally forget to get something or barely give you anything. Definitely check your order before you drive off. Unfortunately the trend is getting worse. The latest reviews seem to be similar to mine. They are giving you a worse quality product, skimping on the normal portions, or simply forgetting to give you something. Notice the lack of beef in my broccoli beef.

We’ve stopped by this location to eat probably 20 times. For the most part things have been totally fine with no issues, but the last stop I got Beijing beef like I always do and it was like two pieces of beef and mainly onions and chopped peppers. We don’t typically go through the drive thru because it does take a bit of time, we always stop in to eat. The location seems clean and employees kind of keep to themselves. We haven’t really had any issues other than feeling like some portions are smaller or have next to no meat anymore. Not sure if that was a corporate change or if it was just the bottom of a batch or something. We are big panda fans. If you haven’t been before, the orange chicken and Beijing beef are really good.

Come on in and sit in our freezing cold dirty lobby. Maybe they should pay their heart bill. Even the cooks were wearing coats. It’s 9° outside and maybe 50° inside.
It would be nice if they could wipe off the tables too, especially during a pandemic. Every table was dirty. Napkins are always a nice option.
The mens bathroom was out of order so there was a very long wait for the women’s bathroom.
The food was good though.
I do prefer a clean, warm inviting environment.
