Good food, they give you a TON of rice but not enough shrimp
Fast forward to today (1/1/2026): I ordered my usual, Shrimp fried rice. I got home, and counted EIGHT DAMN SHRIMP in my order!! But enough rice to feed a small family. And to top it off, the shrimp were not cooked enough and I had to cook them some more. If this is not resolved by giving me a free meal, or at least at a discount off another meal I’ll never eat there again.
*in response to your response: me and my mother have eaten at your restaurant numerous times and there have been way more than 8 shrimp in previous orders. Maybe all the chefs should stick to the same amounts of shrimp & time they cook them so no one has to complain when they notice the difference. No worries, I just will not return as a customer.

I stopped here on the way back to Iowa. Parking was a bit tight because I was in an RV, but I managed. You can’t go in to eat. You can walk up or drive thru. I walked up of course. He quoted the food would be ready in 15 minutes, which seemed a bit long. But it was actually ready in about 10 minutes. The food was phenomenal. I ordered Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken. Both were fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Wow. I read the good reviews but didn’t believe it until I got my food. This place is amazing. I prefer chow mein over low mein, but the orange chicken was amazing and the quantity was beautiful.

Why do the local restaurants say they have crab rangoon when not a one ( except tao tao ( annie)) none have any thing in them expect creme cheese. No flavor no fake imitation crab. Nothing. At least tao tao puts it in her. That’s the only thing it’s supposed to have as it’s in the name. Really can’t even get that right

This place is really good. I live in Overland Park but work in KCK. I would choose this over any Johnson County Chinese restaurant any day. The Lo Mein had so much flavor. And the beef in the Mongolian Beef was good quality.

Food was pretty good, and $10.00 dinner buffet, to me, is really affordable. I work close by, so I’ll def come back. On a side note- I found it slightly odd for a Chinese food restaurant to be playing Hispanic music, but it’s probably par for it’s demographic location.

This place is a favorite!!! Great food, huge portions & consistent. Don’t expect the drive-thru to go fast…they are literally making the food while you wait. Be patient, worth the wait!!!
