I stopped into BK today for lunch and had such a great experience. The food was fresh and the service was amazing! The manager Monique asked me how my day was going and checked to see if I was enjoying my meal. That meant a lot to me. I was listening to her interact with her employees and she was so positive and supportive. I’ll be back again soon. Good job BK!

Was shorted a french toast stick, but that’s okay because they were for my daughter, and she said, “pls dad, dont make me eat this” before spitting it out! My “sandwiches” look like the employees took turns smashing them on the ground. I’d go back, but I got that. “I’ll spit on your food if you ask for remakes” vibe. Should have went to Chick fil A.

To be honest I just went to this location for the very first time recently, I picked up my husband from work at Sam’s club and normally he’s starving after second shift so I asked him if you want to swing by Burger King and he said sure. Well we got a couple Whopper meals and I’ll tell you what that was the best Whopper I had in a long time! The fries were hot the burger was hot and the toppings were just right. So first impressions anyway are good hopefully I come back it’s the same!!

So far it’s been a good experience through doordash however on December 6th I ordered the Royal four did not get my onion rings I just tried calling the restaurant spoke with some lady told her I ordered it on December 6th and before anything else happened she hung up on me telling me have a good day, piss poor customer service. In addition I did speak with somebody immediately after I received my order and A guy basically told me in a nutshell they were out of onion rings.

You got employee’s talking about protesting ice around customers who are wearing a camouflage coat..I find it inappropriate. My husband is a hunter not a ice agent and so I find it ridiculous to listen to this stuff when im there to spend my money for you product! Do better or lose costumers like you just lost me as a costumer.

Waited 24 minutes for our food. Wasn’t even that busy. Food was cold when we got it. Order was wrong. Go anywhere else. Also, all the parking lot lights and sign were off at 6pm to deter customers.

Put in a mobile and they left out my sides so I go back and they gave me the wrong sides. STOP GOING TO THEM THEY NEVER GET ODERS RIGHT AND THEY ARE SO SLOW GETTING ORDERS OUT TO PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON IN THEIR DRIVE THROUGH. This location sucks

Never spending money at this location again. Last i went through the drive through, I ordered two things. Fries and a drink. Originally wanted the jalapeno poppers that were still showing up on the menu. Young lady taking my order was very rude when telling me it was discontinued. I didn’t know at the time. When I finished my order I was asked “that’s it??” I get to the window and have my small bag of fries thrown at me and the young lady ran away from the window. Another employee came up and handed my the drink that was sitting at the window still. They had zero customers with nothing better to do. I don’t understand the attitude.
