I hardly write reviews so when I do then I was really pleased or extremely disappointed.. I was extremely disappointed this time. I hate to say that I don’t think I would ever return to this location, and I work in a restaurant so I know how much you guys don’t care that me, one random person, is saying that, but if things stay the same then I won’t be the only one, so you should start caring. First off, which I know the workers did not personally add the kiosks, but I think also having a counter person would be beneficial given the kiosks only accept card and I needed to pay cash. Anyway, I waited around 7 minutes at the counter before someone came to take my order. The gentleman who came was extremely polite.. didn’t catch his name unfortunately but I should’ve because he deserves some kind of raise or recognition for as much work as he was doing.. which is controlling the drive thru and apparently the front counter. I assume he had to have been some sort of management because other than him I was helped by no other workers even though the other 3-4 who were working saw me standing there. I can understand if they were not trained to take orders, but I returned to the counter for a missing item which I’m sure they’re trained to make food since that’s what they were doing, definitely could’ve cut my time standing there waiting for anyone to assist me and I would’ve been able to enjoy my food better. All in all, this place needs some customer service work to be done. Food tasted like taco bell lmao, booths were falling apart but hey.. when only one man is truly working in the building I’m not sure you can expect much more.
Disclaimer, it’s not that serious.. I just like to troll, but truly hire another person for the front counter or something. Kinda annoying to be stared at or walked past by people who even I know can help me really quick.

I came here to get the party pack which is 14 tacos My son is a picky eater and only eats meat and cheese on his tacos I ordered 12 soft tacos only meat and cheese and two regular hard tacos $26 and some change was my total when I got to the window I asked again did you get that I only want meat and cheese on my 12 soft tacos two people at the window assured me that’s what they got I received my food drove home only to discover that I had 12 hard tacos two soft tacos all made with meat cheese and lettuce so I came back as I was walking in to let them know they messed up it dawned on me to look at my receipt to my surprise they didn’t even ring it up the way I wanted it so I had to pay again to receive the correct order I don’t understand how hard it is for a fast food establishment to train people the right way I understand you don’t want your drive-thru time to run up but I would rather run my drive-thru time up and make sure my customers are happy then to half-ass my job and have a bunch of complaints not to mention it is pretty sad that it takes two people to count your change back because kids today don’t know how to count money

As someone who eats quite a bit of fast food, has worked and managed fast food, and frequents Taco Bell (especially this location), I just wanted to share that Felisha gave me the best service i’ve ever received here today. She was nice and friendly and patient on the speaker box, smiley and nice at the window, and quick too! Go Felisha! I would usually do the survey to give a good report but my receipt didn’t have one this time so I figured I’d share it here. Thank you for a good experience, Felisha.

Sick and tired of taco bell and all the fast food around this town being full of high school students that don’t give a rats ass about how your food is made it’s a taco how hard is it to just make it right…. The five layer beefy burritos never have beef in them crunch wrap. Supremes are never made correctly or rarely have any meat in them. The food’s always disgustingly cold. The taco shells are always stale or completely disintegrated. The meat is so greasy if you even get any and water down It’s almost not edible for 22$ and some change what a waist. I get these kids just need a job but without proper training this facility should just be closed

This is why customer service matters and not ordering through a kiosk. After I had paid for my order I found out they have no fountain drinks and the Catania menu which comes with a avocado sauce which was also out. They say we are out and walked away with no worries about themnot providing what my order is supposed to come with.

So I haven’t given many bad reviews but Taco Bell enough is enough.
I get it’s fast food but that can’t excuse poor quality for products.
Like I appreciate the staff is generally friendly but where is the quality control no matter what time of day you visit.
Food under cooked, prepared sloppily , incorrect items in bag. How can something be greasy and dry at the same time, please explain this to me.
We have to stop supporting mediocrity.
It’s simply consistently unacceptable.

Okay, by the number of stars, hut Taco Bell is officiall off ky list of approved fast food. Taco Bell has gotten so ridiculously expensive. Two Supreme Dorito Tacos , a Mexican Pizza, and one $9 box was $28.00. Beyond my budget for Taco Bell. Chipotle was only $25.00
