RAW CHICKEN and ZERO accountability.
Being served RAW CHICKEN is unacceptable and dangerous. When it was brought to the staff’s attention, they showed no concern or accountability whatsoever. The food was disgusting and the service was just as bad.
From the very first encounter, the older lady working there was extremely rude and clearly should not be in a customer-facing position.
I will never be coming back and will be contacting the health department!.

I’m writing this just to highlight 2 people who make my experience at this bojangles at least tolerable. For context, I go to hs near this location and go there for breakfast or lunch, sometimes both. There’s a young gentleman with an afro and beard that normally takes my order in the mornings and sometimes during the afternoon, I just want to salute him for his work and customer service. He’s normally one of the only ones working the front of the store in the mornings, which is normal as the other employees are prepping for the day. He always goes out of his way to serve me and has a smile on his face when he does it. A stark contrast from the short, older black lady, that normally wears a red shirt—who I assume to be a manager— that always seems to have a problem with me ordering at this store. I recall one time I went in the morning around 6:30-40 and she asked me “Why you always here so early?” in a rude manner. My thing is that they open at 5, so she has an issue with me for no reason. I also receive this service from her in the afternoon, I’m often greeted with a “what you getting?” instead of a “what can I get for you?” and given a “Huh?!” when she can’t hear me instead of a “can you repeat that for me?” This is why I appreciate the young black lady with braces that usually takes my order in the afternoon. She always greets me like I’m a person and gives good customer service. She also makes sure my food is out quick and always wishes me a good day. Because she’s such a breath of fresh air here, I try to tip her anytime I can. All that to say, thank you to those 2 great workers, you deserve her position!

I usually stop here maybe 3 times a week on my way to work. They are usually slow. But this morning I get to work to eat and of course there is hair in my food so whoever is making the biscuits had there hair on my food I’m going to go back for a refund when I get off today

They have this weird AI that takes you order so no more talking to people. The people at the front can’t even help if the AI messes up. Their food is burnt. Definitely not stopping here again

I’m visiting from Connecticut and have someone in the hospital so I stopped by Bojangles which I’ve never had before and will never have again. The chicken was dry no flavor it seemed like it was old had been sitting there for a while. I’m assuming if it werr fresh it may have been better but I will never find out.The service was good but the food was not. My first and last time at Bojangles!

Went in restaurant at 5:45 nobody in dining room and nobody in line. 3 employees ignored me for 5 minutes standing at the order counter. They were out green beans that I wanted. I ordered 2 thighs and a leg. I got 2 scrawny legs and a scrawny thigh. I brought it to their attention and they did add another thigh which brought the quantity of food to my expectation. Most of the tables were dirty.
Based on this visit I will not return to this Bojangles. I have been to many other Bojangles that were clean and had awesome food and service.

I will NOT be returning to this location again, after being disrespected and called stupid a liar by (presumably) a member of management at this location.

I suffer from chronic nerve pain, being upright and mobile is a challenge at times. I placed an order through the app this morning for curbside pickup. After I sent the notification that I was at the location to pick up the food, I sat in my car waiting for 15 minutes at which point I suffered through going in to get it. I let the cashier know that I had been waiting that long for an online order, he asked what I’d ordered and started rushing to get it for me. While he was doing this, someone from the back (presumably a manager) shouted to ask him what he was doing and he explained to which the other person responded that the order wasn’t curbside, it’s delivery, and you gotta come inside to get it, adding a snide “how stupid you gotta be to wait in your car so long like that”. This was said from the back, loud enough that I could hear it clearly while leaning on the railing for support, visibly in pain.

The fact that any employee feels it’s even remotely ok to openly disrespect a customer loudly enough that they can be clearly heard throughout the restaurant is disturbing to say the least.

I will say props to the young cashier. He did what he could to try to get my food as quickly as he could, and apologized for me having to wait so long. Others at this location could learn a LOT from him.

Inside smells old and wet, needs a good remodel. Don’t leave without checking the quality of your food because once you do the manager Jerry couldn’t care less about the money you just threw in the trash. McDonald’s is more consistent than this Bojangles

This review is overdue. I drove by this location a thousand times. I stopped the first time on Monday, 10-24-22. Grabbed a two piece with green beans & mac and cheese. The mac and cheese definitely wasn’t the homemade kind but tolerable.

I also stopped by this location last week after a very long day with work. I ordered a two piece; the only sides they had were fries and cole slaw. Tried their slaw for the first time. Was ok til I had a few fork fulls and noticed a sticker sticking out from the container saying it was good through 6:38 pm. It was after 9 pm as I was eating, so I know it was a few minutes before 9 when I bought it. The young lady at the window did tell me that she gave me a few extra pieces of chicken and a few sweet potato pies since they’d be closing soon. The sweet potato pies aren’t the same as they used to be when the outer crust seemed to have cinnamon and was a little darker.
