It’s not often that you have two separate pretzel companies vying for mall supremacy. Unfortunately, there isn’t as much fanfare and bloodsport when talking salty baked goods.
The pretzels are a little bit dryer than the competition here at the mall. However, they tend to have a better salt ratio, amd their cheese is a bit better. Though part of me suspects they buy from the same company.

amazing service!! i can’t have dairy anymore due to health issues and the cashier was so kind to take the time to make me a new cinnamon pretzel using oil spray instead of butter 🙂 he was so nice and accommodating i really appreciated it – i wasn’t sure id be able to have auntie anne’s again and really missed it

I attempted to buy a small order of pretzel nuggets for my child. Mind you there was no line and an entire case full of pretzels etc. The gentleman working told me they were out of smalls so I can only have a large. I would have agreed, but I didn’t think it would be a huge inconvenience to pour the large order (many large containers full of pretzels) into a small container and charge me for that. He said he couldn’t do that and I could wait 7-10 minutes for an order to be made…..
Like really? As a manager who works with customers daily at my own job, I found that absolutely ridiculous and obviously a lost sale as there were no other customers. Train your staff to do the right thing, not turn customers away over a dollar price variance. This is why we almost always go to Wetzels.

my pretzel nuggets were burnt but this is a pretty nice mall! the layout is kind of weird but the stores are really nice. i walked by the nike store and the security guard was on facetime which was weird..

Come to this location for years and got told today by the manager who obviously doesn’t know a thing about her job that they couldn’t do a big size bucket without salt even though I’ve ordered the same thing here multiple times before. If someone was allergic this would be a huge problem. She needs to be fired and she tried to tell me she won’t serve me because I’m telling her she can do it she just doesn’t want to.

Mini pretzel dogs were not cooked all the way, we definitely saw raw dough in the middle. Their oven temperature is definitely higher than needed because the outer parts of it were getting darker but inside was still raw. We told them about it but they just day “ok thanks for letting me know”. We also got the pretzel, and that was cooked all the way. Other than that service was good

Love Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. I stopped to get some on May 28, 2021 and i had already drove off or else i would have taken them back. The pretzels were not fresh and you couldn’t taste the butter on them, they tasted plane. I was at the mall the next day and i stopped to tell them, to see if maybe I could get a credit. Nope, the young lady who claimed to be the manager was really rude about it. So i just said okey what ever. Today i had to go back at to the mall stopped to get some pretzels, and they were fresh and delicious. But again the girl must have noticed me, because she was not very friendly. I give the associates a thumbs down! bad customer service.

i went to auntie anne’s looking for a simple pretzel instead, i got dirty looks, terrible service, and quite frankly unacceptable food. the manager, tasha, was extremely rude and dismissive when i asked how long it would take for them to bake my pretzel. terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything.

Pretzel wasn’t fresh like normally. Only had 3 salted pretzels in the display case. Really wanted unsalted pretzel, but none being baked. Did purchase a salted one. Disappointed that most times they can’t properly scan my phone to get credit. Yes, I can get credit by manually adding, but forget most times!

The guy bagged the trash before helping me and didn’t wash his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands, he was rude and refused to wash his hands. You should pay people enough so they can take pride in their jobs, I was sad I couldn’t get a pretzel.
