First off…the employees here are so good lately! It seems there is new hires and it makes a major difference. I enjoy the convenience of this Starbucks, but the drive-thru lane and parking is a hot mess. Starbucks has got to widen their driveway. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it’s, the line is always bad.

The store was very dirty during my visit, and the food was not displayed properly. While there was a sign noting they are short on staffing, the overall condition still felt below Starbucks’ usual standards. I hope management can provide more support so customers can enjoy a cleaner and more welcoming experience.

Our first visit to this location was a delightful experience. The barista expertly crafted our drinks – a Pink Drink, a Caramel Mochiatto, and a Caramel Brûlée Latte. Each sip was pure perfection.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The unique architecture of the location added a charming touch to our visit.
As it was our daughter’s birthday, she was treated to a complimentary drink, which made her day even more special. We also purchased the Christmas Blend coffee beans, and it was a hit at home.
We highly recommend this location and can’t wait to return on our next visit to the area.

A very nice location , loved the shades behind the store. Couple of chairs outside to enjoy the weather while having a drinks. Store inside is very well maintained , not a lot of space inside but very much same for most of Starbucks store. You can bring your laptop, enjoy the ambience and work from here. Service was fast , drinks are made as we asked. Staffs are very friendly and attentive and love the energy of the staff working here.

Staff are friendly and drinks are good, but the way it’s run is horrible. I try to avoid it when I can. I assume the issue is staffing, but this is the only Starbucks that appears to be fully functional but very often it is not. Sometimes it is drive thru only and you don’t know until you park and walk up to the door then there’s a sign on the door that you can’t go in and your only option is to pull out of the parking lot and back to the end of the drive thru line. Way too often, it has drive through only with no order ahead. Just doesn’t really seem to be a fully functional Starbucks. Would prefer it be a pickup only site so you don’t have to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes.

Between the mess that is the drive thru lane and the fact that on any given day the cafe is closed due to staffing issues, your best bet it to avoid this location. It seems it is closed, closed early (3:00 PM) or the cafe is closed on a regular basis. It’s a Sunday afternoon and the drive thru lane is out to the road because the cafe is closed again. I work just up the road and it’s easier to go to the Starbucks in Barnes & Noble or go to the Giant than take a gamble that this location is operational.

I love starbucks. The one opposite target next to great clip royersford is awesome one to go.
They have all different variety.
Importantly when I ask for extremely and by the time I reach the counter to grab it, I said it says extremely hot and here they make the another one. without any face!
The one on the 100 diamond one is usually too busy so if you look to sit inside drop the idea
Plan to order atleast 10 min before you arrive there specially during the busy hours.
The spicy coffee is a must to go.
They must add some vegetarian food to the menu.

I ordered a Matcha Oatmilk with extra lavender foam, which I’ve had many times at other places and always loved. This time, I even specifically asked for extra lavender foam—but there was no lavender foam at all. When I asked about it, I was just told it “must have been a mix.” Really disappointing experience, especially when I made the request clearly. Not what I expected.

Service at this location is very fast. Went there couple of times but whether it’s busy or not, I was very satisfied with their service. This place offers all 3 services – walk-in, drive through and order online to pickup in-store. Only -ve point is when busy, you may not be able to get to the parking lot as parking is behind the store so think about parking at the neighbouring store lot and walk.
