Great service, authentic delicious Italian food. Very attentive, tons of space and tables, such a great feel. Can say we’ve never had a bad experience and this place should be on everyone’s mind! I had the chicken parm, fresh chicken not that frozen crap..nicely thin sliced oh and the sauce is absolutely delicious! My husband had the salmon and our daughter had chicken alfredo and soup she said touched her heart and soul. Forever our favorite spot. Oh and portions are huge so you really get two meals in one.

This was our first time here. Although we’re not far from here for some reason we never went inside. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Our waitress was super awesome helping us out and understanding the menu. The salad dressing which she said was homemade was out of this world good! The food was delicious… The marinara sauce, they can bottle it.. The pasta, delicious.. I’m a pasta connoisseur..if I say it’s good, trust me it’s was amazing… The drinks delicious and OMG strong! I had two.. I’m glad I wasn’t driving. 🙂 The place has seen better days but I kinda love the old time feeling.
The only thing, our table was a BIT sticky. I would suggest soap and scrub with soapy soap water. Try that Dawn Power Wash stuff.. it’s like magic.

Mark was the waiter . Did everything a waiter should do. Brought meal out as needed . Filed water glasses as needed without asking . I had fried mozzarella with red sauce for dipping. Then the salad arrived with a great mixed of garden variety. Main course came with Italian string beans and my angel hair pasta in red sauce . I had to take home my pasta along with those I went out to eat with .

I love Manicotti and went here specifically to get some. Turned out to be a birthday for a relation too. I had small portioned Manacitti ( i must remember not to let them add too much cheese next time [salt content]), lemon cake☆chocolate cake☆wedge, shrimp coctail, & take out pork chops☆for future dinner. Dinning here was like going home to my Italian wife’s cooking, without the cleanup! Always good food & memories. & a bill that was fair for 4 meals (6 total).

I ordered pasta without meat. I don’t eat meat for religious reasons. They covered it with meat, and then they had the nerve to claim it wasn’t meat but tomatoes and I’m too stupid to know the difference.
ETA: See reply for the “service” quality of this restaurant. Insulting your customers seems like an odd choice. I offered to send you photos and your manager hung up on me. You could have refunded me and it would have been resolved but now the entire world can see how you treat customers and your concept of service. Pretty strange for hospitality especially now that the market is so bad. I hope people think twice before spending money on a company that treats its customers so poorly.

Chicken parm came with a huge side of pasta with cheese, and a salad plus they added fresh veggies and bread!

We went on our daughter’s birthday, she picked and it was worth it. The hostess walked her around & let her choose her window room table since it was her special day which was very sweet! We got the lunch menu & it was a special occasion so it was average price for us. We were there around 3 on a Wednesday and were the only one’s in the place. They told us since it was her b-day she could have a free dessert of her choice. She picked ice cream and the server added a candle and sang happy birthday to her with us. Dylan was our waiter and he was attentive but not pushy & made sure everything was great. My chicken parm was huge, the chicken alone fit on a dinner plate and then they brought a separate bowl of spaghetti. Would definitely go again!

The specials are fantastic. We had the Amaretto Salmon and Lasagna. It was delicious. Try their martinis. They have a great selection. I had their Italian Wedding Cake Martini. Bartenders are friendly and attentive.

Took extended family to our former fave restraunt. Took server 20 min for waiter (Dave) to come to table to take drink order, another 15 for sodas and 1 bar drink, ordered apps and meals at this time, after waiting 30 min and finally asking where our soups/salads were he said oh I forgot we are out of soup, ordered another type and all but 1 showed, was told the other will be right up, we’ll we NEVER did get the soup we paid for, after another 20 min the meals arrive, pasta portions were tiny compared to their normal size and pasts not drained well and sitting in the starchy pasta water, talked to the owner who did NOTHING!!!! Bill was $263 and owner refused to deduct anything for missing soups, terrible quality and service. This used to be a great place..don’t waste your time or money here

There is also a large lounge and bar area that offers a wide array of cocktails, wine, and beer. They offer their full menu to go and have a catering menu available. They are open everyday of the week. Figaro’s is a great option for families or large groups.
