I ordered a family meal online. When I went to pick up my order I asked for condiments ( hot sauce, honey,) the cashier made a big spectacle about how he has to charge me for it. I told him to go ahead and charge me for it. He said “ill give it to you today but next time ill have to charge you” why make a big deal about it then? I’ve never had a cashier make a big deal over hot sauce and honey before or even been charged for them. Horrible customer service.

Don’t fall for the hype! I wish they’d ban those commercials already!I made an Uber eats delivery. Intially excited to try the pickle menu.The Delivery was Missing items and the sandwiches were very disappointing. SOGGY . DIDNT TASTE LIKE PICKLE JUST OLD DRIPPY SLUDGE . THE FACT THERE WAS ONE PICKLE AND IT WAS THE BUTT OF PICKLE ON FOOD WAS ALARMING. HENCE NAME PICKLE SANDWICHES. I want refund and it’s been a hassle. I dont want stire credit. The same person who told me “It’s not that serious” clearly just wanted me to shut up… because after walking for a whole hour, they pulled up to Popeyes in person to make sure I got what I was asking for. Still no luck with the Pickle Menu though — big sigh

I didn’t understand why, but I definitely understood the level of love he put into that delivery ❤️‍ . Truly grateful for the effort and actions behind that walk. To show appreciation, I gave it another shot .

They say, “Don’t knock it ‘til you try it.” Well… they also say, “Who is ‘they’?” Exactly. Either way, the saying goes: take heed in all your senses and what’s in your surroundings. And I say, three times a charm — my luck tends to run like that, good or bad. ♻️✨

Now, I did finally taste the Pickle Lemonade … and let me tell you, the name proceeds the flavor. Whew ‍ . First sip? Gotta be sloooow… then slower . Let your taste buds catch up. I go with medium sips and savor it through the day ☀️. Gulping? Nope, can’t do it .

The sauce? Still giving oily, greasy ick vibes . The chicken breast inside? Juicy and tasty! But that crust? Yeah… ewww .

Maybe it was fresher this time around, but honestly — I still wouldn’t purchase any of the pickle items again. Once was enough ✌️.

Whole night crew needs to be replaced. Starting with the shift leader/supervisor that didn’t want to provide her name. The young boy on the register front counter Tyler with his nasty attitude, I work in customer service and I would be embarrassed to have him represent my team or the company. The two ladies in the back that kept on laughing at me and my mom’s situation, Angel & Alayia. If you don’t enjoy your job then don’t work in customer service. I will be calling the store tomorrow morning to speak with the GM ️

Usually I wouldn’t complain.. it’s fast food.. BUT this location needs new employees/ managers that actually want to work and keep an environment tidy. Employees that actually want to provide customer service. I decided to go inside, the restaurant is very filthy. All the tables are oily and there is dirt and leftover food almost on every table and seat. I can only imagine what the back of the House environment looks like. It was 8:15 when I order and I asked for all dark meat and they said I couldn’t because they were running out.. this location closes at 1am, so in reality they just didn’t want to make more.. I would have been willing to wait for the rest.. while sitting inside I noticed the staff making loud monkey noises and being unprofessionally LOUD, I think instead of acting like you’re not working they should actually clean the restaurant and worry about at least giving good customer service. While sitting there, multiple guest came into the establishment and had to wait for someone to serve them and two people actually left because they didn’t get any service in adequate timing. These are just some points that actually needed to be voiced. You should want to take pride in the place that you choose as your work environment.

my experience at Popeyes #11215 on 11855 Wilcrest Dr, Houston, TX 77031, left such a poor taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively—that I feel compelled to share.

I ordered a 12-piece combo of honey BBQ and signature hot wings, excited for the rush of flavor Popeyes usually delivers. Imagine my dismay when I received wings that looked as though they’d been completely forgotten in the seasoning department! The “honey BBQ” and “signature hot” wings were barely distinguishable from plain, unadorned chicken.

This, unfortunately, was a complete disgrace to what one would expect from a place that boasts its flavorful offerings. If Popeyes is going to advertise flavored wings, they should at least have the courtesy to ensure the product matches the description. Customers come in anticipating that signature kick and sweetness that should accompany such an order—but what I got was a bland, uninspiring meal that missed the mark entirely.

To compound my disappointment, service was no salvage to the lackluster meal. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I was kept waiting for a good 10 minutes, not because the restaurant was crowded with patrons or bustling with activity, but because one lonely employee was tasked with manning both the drive-thru and the front counter. This speaks volumes about the management’s consideration for customer service and employee workload.

A popular chain like Popeyes ought to have standards that prevent such experiences from occurring. It’s not merely about the wait or the unseasoned wings; it’s about the entire concept of quality service and product consistency that customers expect and deserve. Especially in a city with countless dining options, one bad experience can be enough to lose a customer permanently.

Sadly, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to others. Until they address these glaring issues of quality control and customer service, I advise potential patrons to temper their expectations or seek out another establishment that more consistently lives up to its reputation.

We’re closed for tonight.” Interesting way of saying “we don’t feel like honoring the hours we advertise.” If you close 30 minutes early, maybe update your sign so people don’t waste their time driving over after work.
