I’ve been a customer here for years, and this was my worst experience by far. I bit into my chicken wrap and found a hard seed/whole spice inside , hard enough that I almost choked. It immediately grossed me out to the point I couldn’t continue eating.
I called the restaurant afterward, not to ask for a refund, but simply to let them know about a serious food safety and hygiene issue. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, they did not admit any fault at all. Not even a basic apology.
Mistakes can happen in any kitchen. Refusing to take responsibility when a loyal customer raises a legitimate concern is unacceptable. The lack of accountability matters more than the mistake itself.
After this, I honestly don’t feel comfortable eating here again.

Bought tiffins from them. Food is good. Karan is really good at dealing with customers. Them not serving non veg&alchohol in shaheedi days is what made me write this review.

Guess whats its! Looks like moongi .The bad shahi paneer i ever had,as well as taste of burning as the restaurant reheat my food so long to make me feel like its freshly made but the taste and texture explain it all. Taste like cheaper nothing like shahi in it.

We went to Farmers Restaurant on Valentine’s Day with our family. It was very busy and fully packed, so we had to wait in line. But once we got our table, it was totally worth the wait.
The food was extremely tasty and fresh. The live music made the atmosphere even more special and enjoyable.
I especially want to appreciate the owner, Jaswinder. He was constantly on his feet, personally taking care of guests, running around, and managing everything with a warm smile. Even though it was extremely busy, he stayed calm, energetic, and attentive the whole time. He and his team truly deserve high praise for their outstanding service.
We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends.

I’m visiting Winnipeg from Surrey and spent 2 months here — Farmer Cuisine is truly one of the best restaurants I’ve found! The dining experience was excellent, the staff are very well-trained, professional, and welcoming. There was a lot of rush since it was the weekend, but the wait was absolutely worth it because the staff worked so hard and managed everything so well. The service, food presentation, and authentic Indian taste were outstanding. Well done Highly recommend!

The Paneer Tikka that followed was grilled to perfection soft, smoky, and bursting with rich flavors that melted in the mouth.

I had a very disappointing experience with this order. I ordered two noodles and one burger through Uber, but the food arrived after 1.5 hours. By the time it came, everything was cold and the taste was very bad. I was not able to enjoy or properly eat the food.
I had just come back from my shift and had nothing to eat at home, so I was really depending on this order. Waiting so long and then receiving cold, tasteless food was very frustrating. This was a very poor experience overall.

yesterday I went to Farmers Cuisine to get some food, and I had such a nice experience. There was a girl at the front wearing a cap and a necklace with the letter “R.” She was incredibly kind. The way she smiled and greeted customers really impressed me. Usually in restaurants the staff just take your order, but she actually greeted me, talked to me politely, and even thanked me when she handed me my food.
On top of that, the food was delicious. I’m new to Winnipeg and have been looking for a place where I can eat regularly, and I think I’ve finally found it.

This is our first time trying food from here… it was beyond our expectations…. We ordered Amritsar kulche two servings… it not only satisfied our Punjabi taste buds but the quality was also more than enough for single person….
