The rice was the worst part. It wasn’t good basmati rice, more like cheap long grain, and it tasted like it came straight from the buffet line. My order was ready in just 2–3 minutes, which makes me wonder if I was just served leftover buffet food. The curries were so tasteless that the peas in the Matar Paneer ended up being the only decent part of the meal.
Overall, 1 star for food. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good North Indian dishes.
Sharing my food experiences here, follow me for more real reviews on where to go and where not to go.
The korma was rich, creamy, and full of flavor without being too heavy or overly spicy — just a beautiful blend of warmth and depth. And the naan? Soft, fresh, and perfect for scooping up every last bit of sauce.
Everything I tried felt thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. It’s clear a lot of care goes into the food here. As someone still exploring Indian cuisine, this was a standout experience that left me excited to try even more. Top-notch all around and will return!
The food is amazing, I order the same 4-5 items once a month and it always tastes as expected and I’ve never had one issue with a wrong item!!
Lamb curry is spectacular, I like it spicy
Onion Bhajia is to die for
Naan/papad is always hot and fresh
And in my order from yesterday I got a nice note from the staff thanking me for my patronage!!
Many Thanks!!
Vegetarian options are somewhat limited, but the ones available, like the samosas and hara bhara kebabs, are quite good. I can’t comment on the non-vegetarian dishes.
Suggestion to the chef and owner: Keeping vegetarian and non-vegetarian food separate would help avoid any mixing and be beneficial for those who prefer strictly vegetarian meals.
Overall, it was a decent experience. I’ll likely return after a short break from heavy food.
It was my first time there today, 3/4/23. The owner was warm and welcoming. Thank you for your fine food and service, namaste!
Vegetable Pakora, Very Very Good!
Mung Musalam, an excellent surprise!
Biryani, not exactly what we were expecting.
The service was very kind warm and inviting.
Would definitely comeback and try more menu items.
There were a lot more meat options. The dishes were obviously catered to Americans as the food is bland without much spices. Still the food was decent, staff was friendly and restaurant was neat. The other patrons seems to enjoy the meat options more than the vegetarian options as no one seemed to touch the vegetarian options much except for the samosas.
(Interestingly, they also served salad and ranch next to their sauce section.)
