I am 71 years old and this was, by far, the WORST meal of my entire life! I ordered chicken tenders meal with sweet tea to go. The tenders, instead of dark brown, had a pale beige color. The chicken was half-cooked, rubbery and tasteless. The biscuit tasted like soap — it was undercooked too. The management apparently decided to save money by not cooking the food. The fries were tasteless. The sweet tea tasted OK at first, but after a couple of swallows lost its sweetness and turned to regular tea that I hate. Perhaps they have new management there or at HQ, which makes me think I’ll never go to Popeye’s again.

Twice i have ordered online from this location and they have yet to get the order right. The first order was for a 10 pcs dark and they chose to give me what they wanted me to have. The second order was also a 10 pcs and they decided to short me 2pcs. Why bother to offer online ordering if simple instructions can’t be followed. After this I’ll be going to the Eldorado location.

So instead of her correcting the order she goes into a whole spiel about how I ordered it and if I wanted bone in, why did I order boneless? I was moving fast. We had other things to do so I did place the order on accident, but your job is to correct it, especially if it’s the same exact price and if it was different prices, I would’ve paid the difference the price and we would’ve kept it moving, but the fact that she made a big deal out of it and then told me that I have to wait for her to finish taking her gas, which she didn’t even start on just the correct five Wings it’s crazy to me. I give respect every where I go so I expect the same I was not rude or anything ! Maria knows me and my gf we are super suit . Where just move our business here and we’re opening up a store near here which also near my house so this is my go to for fast food but I had to write this because it rubbed me the wrong way.

This review is based off of my experience today! Sandwich was BOMB and made right lol! Crispy and just the right amount of sauce on it! My son wanted fries so we made a quick stop and I haven’t had a chicken sandwich from here in forever(I didn’t hop on the craze release of it so quickly lol),anyways he got the fries,me just the sandwich! Drive through at this particular location is SLOW…yes it gets packed but this seems to be a on going issue here..and don’t go inside during lunch rush unless your extremely patient lol. Overall can’t complain,just wish the drive through moved slightly quicker
