Spent 70.00 here and my steak wasn’t even heated up it was ice cold . Fountain machine was out . I placed my order online so instead of refunding my money the woman had my husband grab regular drinks that apparently cost 4.00 a piece if my husband did not say anything she wasn’t even going to give him the drinks at all. Also asked for a manager for other reasons and got told the manager was on vacation for the month . After calling 2 days in a row and being told something else. I do not recommend this subway at all.

The peppers and onions weren’t cooked. They weren’t even heated up. They were cold and raw. And the bread was stale. Couldn’t even eat the ends because of how hard they were. Worse steak and cheese I’ve ever had.

I came in to try the Footlong Cookie and asked if I could bring it home to bake myself; in other words to receive the product unbaked in store, as it is, when sent to my local Subway. The very kind employee serving me immediately obliged and sold me the Footlong Cookie that hadn’t been baked in store yet, so that I could go home and bake it myself. This was a great customer experience and I deeply appreciated the employee’s willingness to sell me the product before being baked in store. I have been living in Leominster since October last year so not that long but I swear by this Subway! They are attentive to customer requests and did a great job for me this afternoon in providing me excellent customer service and delivered the exact product I asked for. This location deserves so much credit and appreciation. Thank you so much.

The girl who took my order was not listening to what I wanted to order. When asking for extra veggies, she ignored me. I asked her 6 times and only took 3 to put on my sandwich for “extra.” She then made faces and spoke in a different language, making it clear that she was talking about what I ordered. She rolled her eyes as well. Bad service and communication. Would not recommend.

Went in with a $7 foot long coupon, that said it covered everything excluding Mexicali, monster, and beast sandwiches. When I got to the counter, I was told they will only honor it for cold sandwiches with limited meat, not any of the other subway series sandwiches. Complete bait and switch to get you to come into the store in my opinion. I walked out empty handed instead of paying for an overpriced sandwich. Tried to get a footlong cookie, and was told the promo is over (despite having signs up for it). Disappointing trip.

We just tried the special ,buy two subs for $10. One sub was steak and cheese,this was called in,they put my sandwich on the wrong bread and added raw onions, if I wanted onions I would have asked for them.
I don’t discriminate against onions, I like them but not on every meal. Meat portion was typically, a bread sandwich. No ,you will not get my business again,probably worse sandwich in twin city area.
Subs at your local grocery store are like a gourmet meal compared to what we received,this is a chain that probably should remain closed.
