Ordered a sweet tea. It was actually listed on receipt. Everything else on the receipt I received however, the drink that I got is definitely not sweet tea. I don’t know what the heck it is but it’s gross. Unfortunately, since I am not a big drinker on coffee, especially not this kind it will be going in the trashof since I don’t travel and I can’t really go to get it fixed

I want to give a shoutout to the McDonald’s employee who helped me. They were extremely friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the whole interaction. They listened carefully to my order, confirmed everything to avoid mistakes, and made sure I received everything I asked for. The service was fast, and the employee kept a positive attitude the entire time, even though the restaurant was busy. Overall, they made my experience smooth and pleasant.

On Friday 6 March 26 after school, we converged on the Mercer Island McDonalds with our grandchildren for an after-school snack and hanging out with before going home. Unfortunately, in the middle of their snack a gush of water came pouring down from the roof and nearly missed them. We were speechless of course and quite happy our grandchildren moved very quickly out of the way. The calmness of the crew was an indication this has happened before along with the staining on the walls from previous leaks. Please fix your roof, it rains quite often in Seattle and dodging pouring rain while eating is quite disconcerting.

Could not understand individual taking order. Lack of any enthusiasm. Waited to get order, people milling around finally brings bag. Then asks me if I had a drink? Fries cold. Don’t expect much from fast food but you have hit rock bottom on any level of service.

I highly recommend that they install self-serving kiosks here it would be a much better experience for customers than having to deal with the unprofessional employees who work the register I came in to order a simple meal and the lady working the register was hanging out with her friends and none of them speak English they all speak Spanish and they were attempting to ridicule me all I wanted to do was order some food if you want to have your friends hang out at the register and make fun of people when they are trying to order get another job

Order was very wrong, even though the receipt was correct. Everything was cold and had either been sitting out for a very long time or they haven’t changed their oil in a very long time, it tasted disgusting.

Pretty good for a mcdonals. Came for iced creams Didn’t try the food but what I did have was pretty good. This mcdonals caught my eye with the building looking like the old mcdonals from 10 years ago. Very happy they never remodeled.
