Always delicious when I get something from Andy’s. This time I got a cookie butter latte. It tasted more delicious than I expected! I can’t wait to go back and try the cookie butter concrete!!

UPDATE(2/7/26): we returned to this location for one last chance and it sadly disappointed yet again. We ordered 3 concretes and 2 boot daddy’s. I will say the service was slightly faster this time but we were also the only ones there. None of our orders were mixed well at all and only one of them actually filled the cup size ordered. I’ve added a picture of my small cookie butter concrete after eating the part that actually had the mix ins in it – which was only the top. The bottom half was just plain vanilla ice cream. They either need a better mixing machine or better training. To pay almost $40 for ice cream and have you short changed on amount and not properly mixed is unacceptable. We want to support nearby places but we simply can’t be spending the money to be completely disappointed every time.
We’ve been to this location three times now and it seems this team needs a lot more training and oversight. During our visit last night, three separate parties had to go back up and ask about their order bc it never came. When we received ours, all our medium sized treats had at least an inch and a half of room at the top so I paid for mediums but ultimately got smalls. The toppings weren’t mixed in well at all so it had tons of toppings at the top but none at the bottom. My kids boot daddies all had a sickening amount of hot fudge in them – almost inedible. They always finish their treats and none of them did this time. It was very disappointing visit. To spend nearly $50 on custard and have something wrong with each item is not a great way to create loyalty.

I love Andy’s. Have been a loyal customer for years. Every time I go to the location in Crestwood the young man who works the window is never polite, makes you feel like you inconvenienced him by placing an order. It’s happened more than once. He doesn’t greet you, doesn’t say thank you and has a bad attitude. Sadly won’t be returning to that location.

This is the third time i went there and my order was wrong. What does it take to get what you order???. I asked for a sundae with a little chocolate, some sliced bananas sprinkled with some chopped nuts. When I got home, I was some sort of sloppy mess. Maybe a shake? Or a super melted concrete? Im not sure. All I know it was like milk with a ton on nuts in it. Im done with Andy’s.

’ve been to several other Andy’s locations and always had a great experience. They’re generous with the mix-ins, and the quality is consistent every time. I’ve now visited this new location twice and ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip Concrete with brownie both times. Unfortunately, both times there was hardly any brownie or melted chocolate chip mixed in. Compared to other locations, it just didn’t measure up. I really enjoy Andy’s, so I hope this location can bring their portions and consistency up to the standard I’m used to. I don’t like being cut corners so you can make more profit when your products aren’t cheap to begin with.

The workers never know they have. You order something off of the menu in front of them and they look at you like an alien. I once ordered a scoop of vanilla and was told they didn’t have that. Guess what I received? A scoop of vanilla. 75% of the time you order a concrete they just mix in whatever they want, not what you ordered.

This was our second visit and both times have been underwhelming. Tonight my daughter and son both ordered a large sundae with brownies. I ordered the regular. Theirs came out in the same cup as mine and about half their cup was filled with ice cream and just a little bit of brownie. Definitely not a large. My husband and other son both ordered the chocolate with brownies and they said there was hardly any brownie in it and the couple of pieces were at the bottom. With both times being underwhelming, I’m not quite sure we’d go back until the service improves.
