Zipps is a neighborhood spot that offers both quality food and a welcoming environment , making it a place worth returning to. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt lively yet comfortable, with friendly staff ready to greet us and plenty of seating options to choose from. The food itself was excellent. Everything we ordered came out hot , fresh, and clearly made to order, which really set the tone for the meal. I appreciated that the flavors felt authentic and not mass-produced . Our server added to the experience by being both warm and attentive. She made a personal connection since we were celebrating a birthday, kept drinks refilled, and checked in often to ensure our food was prepared correctly and that we had everything we needed . That level of hospitality truly stood out. In terms of value, Zipps is hard to beat . The portions are generous , the menu offers a wide range of options, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and freshness of the food. It’s a place where you feel like you’re getting more than what you paid for, which is always appreciated. The overall atmosphere adds even more to experience. The outdoor seating is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of TV screens for sports fans to enjoy their favorite games. Inside , there’s a small arcade area that adds fun, family -friend element, making it easy to bring kids along while still enjoying a meal with friends or coworkers. The only small area for improvement I noticed was table clearing. When we first arrives, several tables still had cups and plates left behind. Seemed as if they could use an extra attendant to clean tables after service. Overall Zipps delivers great food excellent service and a relaxed enjoyable setting. Highly recommend!

Just tried this location and loved it. We ordered golden medium wings extra crispy with extra sauce and they were great as usually. The staff here seems like the nicest we’ve ever had. Our server, Marquice, in particular was great and so nice, I loved him. The manager helped us out as well and she seemed really nice. Great people, great service, would definitely come here again.

Zipps is a cool spot to eat, drink, and watch a game. The service is good and the patio is nice. I went twice this week – first, I had a Westrrn BBQ burger and then a chicken burrito. The burger was too big but still flavorful – I liked it. The fries and onion rings were a bit lacking in flavor, and both seemed a bit stale. Dipping them in the BBQ sauce helped. The chicken burrito, while very flavorful, was surprisingly small. The tortilla chips were perfect, though. The guacamole was very good, but the salsa was a bit flavorless. The desert was OK – the ice cream was great, but the brownie was only OK. The Dos XX on tap was perfect – very cold!
Overall, I still like the place. My only real issue was really with the fries, which seems to be an afterthought anywhere you go.

Great wings and beer! Don’t sit anywhere but the bar, service at tables can be very poor. Update, the chicken skewers are very good and try them with the sweet jalapeno sauce. Yum!

This Zips is great. Excellent service, great original food choices that taste fantastic, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Marissa was my server today at the bar for lunch. She asked all the right questions and was able to handle the busy bar. I definitely will be returning to this restaurant!

This location is easily one of the best Zipps locations, if not the best. The bar staff, waitstaff, and management provide a level of personable service not found elsewhere. Especially the manager Jaime Calabretta, she provides a steady hand that keeps the place running smoothly always.
The environment couldn’t be better. This being one of the newer locations, it’s clean, up to date, and an inviting space.
As a chain, Zipps provides a consistent experience across all locations and this one does a great job at maintaining their standard if not exceeding it.

I’ve been to other locations before, but this was our first time at this particular one. We were greeted promptly and sat down at a booth. The restaurant is very spacious, clean, and very well kept. They also have some good “oldies” on their playlist. We started with the pretzel dough bites with cheese, which was phenomenal – the dip tasted mixed with garlic, it was amazing flavor. For my entree, I had the BBQ chicken sandwich which was also good. Overall, very happy and we’ll be back. The service was a little slower/distant than we would have liked, but to be fair, we were seated behind a wall, and the server had us as a section, the area behind the wall, and also some outside patio seating.

The food is a bit overpriced for what you get. In a while, the serving staff is pretty nice. There is some so-called manager there skinny lady that wears a Buffalo Bills hat who has a real attitude problem, and thinks her authority goes beyond what it should. She chased away three tables because of her attitude and none of us will be back. Zips used to be a really good company and they invited people to come and enjoy and hang out and now they just try to burn and turn and don’t really value the people that come and spend money there.

The foccacia was in top form today. It was the pepper jack version. Side salad and blue cheese good, but jalapeño dressing lacked flavor today.

Overall, it’s a nice place to go, but unfortunately, it’s not my kind of food. great atmosphere, and friendly staff, but I feel as though they’re trying too much to be unique. Which props to them for trying to stand out, but I guess I’m just not a fan of that when it comes to food. My burger was cooked well, but the flavor was just off for me. And the appetizers were the unique stuff I was mentioning. It’s ok…
