Worst Panera I have ever been at. Meal was a joke for the price. I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a southwest salad. Sandwich had literally 2 small pieces of bacon and no flavor. The salad had a small squirt of the southwest dressing. The piece of bread was 1/3 of what the picture on line showed. These pictures were taken before I ate anything. Total crap for $15.

The order was completely wrong. Bagels toasted but ordered not and the other way around. Coffee was tasteless and drinks were forgotten and needed to be ordered again. The dining room was dirty and the coffee area disgusting. Used to go to Panera to get good service and food in a nice clean atmosphere. Not here.

Want crackers with your soup? You won’t be able to get it here. I guess crackers are just too expensive. Want lemons for your tea or water? They don’t offer those at Panera. If I’m going to spend over 8 dollars for a bowl of soup, I expect more. Also, some better diet soft drinks options other than Diet Pepsi only, that would be nice. If I’m paying the high prices that you want for your overpriced food then the least you could do is pick up my trays from my table. It’s not my job to take my bowls and clean them out for you. Besides, what are they going to do if you don’t feel like being a part time employee? If the Fazoli’s employees can clean up after their customers then you can too.

Second coffee and second office, I stopped here for about two hours this morning. Clean, comfortable and good coffee. I found a quiet table towards the back where I was not disturbed during my stay. It didn’t get at all busy on a weekday morning so I felt no guilt using the table for that long.
Panera’s wifi will end your session after a while so be prepared with a hotspot.

Great location, easy access to hwy (2- 5 minutes depending on lights). Close to Dalton State. Great outdoor seating is available. Seating is well spaced to allow for additional privacy.

I ate here for the first time in late August 2023 and I must say the food and service were awesome for my first visit! I got a breakfast sandwich and cinnamon latte and they were tasty! I will definitely return and I highly recommend Panera!

I have had the Mediterranean Greek Salad at least 5 times. Once was really good, once was ok and 3 times not good. Hard chunks of lettuce many times with brown in it. Over half the salad is not good and buried under what appears good.
