I’ve been to this Wendy’s location about a half dozen times now. The drive thru can be pretty slow. The dining room is generally pretty quiet. I think this location is understaffed. The food in general is good. They just raised their biggie bag price to $6 which I wasn’t a fan of. The $5 biggie bag was a big reason I go to Wendy’s.

Overall service was a little slow due to the lunch rush. However, the cashier on the front end was absolutely awesome. When I arrived there was a line of people ahead of me. Every single person he greeted was with a smile and positive attitude. He seemed to be helping in all areas doing his best to help keep up with the rush.

By far one of the friendliest fast food workers ive met in a long time.

To the cashier, keep up the good work and the positive attitude!

Stopped here to get food for my family member down the road in the hospital. Pulled up right behind one other car. There were no other patrons in the drive-thru or inside. It took 15mins for the car in front of me to get their order, and 25mins to get mine. I ordered a frosty and two burgers. By the time the food was ready the frosty, which had been given to me right away. Was halfway melted. I also noticed two employees working the back and two on break out front. I have no idea what could cause orders to take that long in a fast food establishment that isnt even busy. The only reason I didn’t leave one star. Is due to the young gentleman at least being nice and polite. I decided to look through reviews while waiting and noticed this location has many issues with long wait times. Had I known that beforehand I would not have stopped. I sincerely hope a manager reads these. If so please make changes to improve. I however will not return again.

So I was just told a blatant lie today in your drive thru. I asked for spicy nuggets and I was told verbatim “the company has discontinued spicy nuggets” a simple Google search does not find this info anywhere… so is your staff that lazy to make nuggets? Or were you just out of stock… I would advise your drive thru staff to not spread misleading information. Thank you.

Waited 30 mins in the drive-thru because there was only 2 employees in the store. Also didnt have my frosty flavor, or my drink. Thanks to the employees who showed up today, but does the manager care that their business runs this poorly?

Only reason I didn’t request a refund is because you can’t get a refund from Wendy’s. It’s not possible. You call their customer support and it rings and rings and never picks up.

Pick another spot for lunch.

Uhmmmm WHAT ? Lmao ,since when do shift changes stop orders from going through??
This Wendy’s has some dam problems, it should probably just shut down or get all new management…
If you have to stop taking orders for a shift change you’re not doing something right…..

Okay the last time I went to this Wendy’s I didn’t get tomatoes or lettuce on my junior bacons, this time I went to Wendy’s today is December 12th, and it’s literally like 6:38 so this is right when people start coming in for dinner… Somehow the registers are down I b******* you not, so they’re not taking any orders, this has to be one of the worst Wendy’s around honestly cuz last time I came in it was a car line of like maybe 10 cars so not only can they not handle short rushes, but sometimes I feel like they stop serving purposely if that makes sense. Just so they don’t have to work, one time I drove by and they were all sitting on the inside of the restaurant, but nobody answered the speaker.
