Went to get a sandwich deal, have been going for months, have had no previous problems. Customized sandwich after telling sandwich artist I wanted to do the 5.99 deal. Got all the way to the register and she charges me full price. I ask why, and she says because I changed the sauce (not anything else), I had to pay full price- 6$ more than the deal. It would’ve taken her two seconds to tell me that changing just the sauce would impact the price I paid, but she didn’t. I don’t believe in food waste so I bought the sandwich anyway, but there’s obviously lack of training occurring at this location.

the manager “dona” was SO incredibly hateful, she was screaming at me (a 20 year old girl) because SHE messed up my order. i can’t even believe the things she was saying to me. i have never been more disrespected in my life. while she remade my sandwich she was throwing toppings on it because she was mad. and on top of that my food was nasty. she needs to be fired immediately because this is no way to talk to people especially in a work place. i am extremely disappointed!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The guy was so hateful. I said, how are you? He was so angry when he said,”Not Good!” I was the only customer, so I just looked at him before he started making my sub and told him thats okay, don’t worry about it. I wasn’t rude back, I just didn’t want to bother him any further. Whoever owns this place might want to handle their business.

EDIT 04/19/2018: This Subway is under new ownership now and I have not gotten a chance to check if it’s better. I would assume it is.

I have eaten at this location for years but also eat at the location on North Grove st (literally around the corner). This location in the Walmart has gone downhill. The only positive is that the staff is very friendly and nice. The restaurant itself is messy as there was food on the floor and a big spill right where the line is supposed to stand. This is the first time I’ve seen the restaurant in this condition. However my biggest complaint is that I found a dime sized piece of hard plastic in my sandwich. Totally not ok! It was fairly sharp too!

Quite possibly the worst subway i ever went to. I have multiple horrible experiences at this place and it keeps getting worst. Flies flying all over the place. Meat and vegetable left open with insects flying all over. Always understaffed. The staff that do bother to show up have an horrible attitude and could care less about their work. There are two other Subways in Lumpkin county. They are much better than this place.

When I walked up to the counter to place my order the two employees didn’t even acknowledge me as they were too busy talking about people they didn’t like. I finally just said what I wanted to order as they just stood there looking at me with blank stares like I interrupted their important conversation and did not say one word to me throughout the whole transaction. These employees are very unprofessional and should not have a job in customer service. This was my first and last time going to this location.

The best Subway I’ve been too. We’re on a trip from Nova Scotia, Canada and have had lunch here twice now deliberately coming back to the area to eat.
The employees are very friendly and accomodating. The food is fresh and plentiful and the sitting area is clean and comfortable. Well done!
