Everything was fine till the person in the drive thru decided to dump our ice cream cones in cups and I don’t understand why and doesn’t even acknowledge it just charges me and moves on. I wanted to enjoy my ice cream cone if I wanted ice cream in a cup I would’ve asked for it.

If I could rate a zero I would, the customer service was absolutely awful!! The black gentleman with dreads didn’t read the order, blamed us for his mistake (our receipt clearly showed the correct order). He tried to have us pull around and when we gave pushback, he refused to re make the sandwich’s and shut the window. He doesn’t have the right to refuse service and deny a refund. He was rude and we won’t be going back to that location ever again.

Tried to use drive-thru this morning, the menu boards were on as if it was open, but no one was working their. The schedule in the window showed open hours from 10am to 8pm. Other cars were driving through the drive through with the same disappointing outcome. I drove by later in the day, same thing. Clearly their is something wrong with this BK.

Went to this location a gentleman was parked blocking the enterance for
drive thru so I couldn’t get in had to figure out way to get through finally got through and it was my turn to and they wanted me to wait yet again. I explained to them the situation and than they rudely refused to service me! What an experience will never do business with Burger King!

Wait time was a little long for not being busy but the food was hot and delicious. Very friendly staff, good location for a quick bite. Looks like it’s drive thru and walk ups only no indoor seating.

I literally haven’t eaten Burger King for years and I ordered a whopper because I was craving one so badly. Came out unbelievably piping hot and was REALLY good. I guess the best time to come is Friday night at 7:30.

it’s just the drive thru. when we went there were only 2 people working to handle the lunch rush. they were out of cheese.
pay your people more so you can hire the right amount to work the shop.

Absolutely terrible experience ever. The tall loud kid with the glasses was extremely rude, and so were his coworkers. Food was cold and bland. Glasses worker takes his career choice to seriously, it’s a fast food restaurant, don’t ask to use their bathroom.
