Customers come to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for healthy meals. I ordered a salad and less than half of the ingredients were on it, as if they ran out of everything or just didn’t care AND the bowl was less than half filled. I received a bowl of soggy lettuce and chicken, THAT’S it! The rest of the toppings were skipped and it was barely filled! WTH? The acai bowl tasted metallic and it was soupy. It was the blueberries that tasted like metal I’m pretty sure. Something was wrong with the food they served, as it tasted awful with an unsavory texture. I have not had issues at other locations. This store should NOT be open, as they serve bad food to paying customers and don’t even give you all of the standard ingredients in your order. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Finally, a store that made my drink correctly the first time around; no waiting 15 minutes for it to be remade with attitude. This store was extremely clean and tidy with a nice size lobby. This store had a drive thru but you can go inside and order as well. The two employees I encountered were pleasant and friendly, unlike some stores I’ve encountered further north.

This is best Tropical Smoothie in the area. They’re fast, clean interior, and customer service is always top notch. Drive thru is convenient but they have great music inside too if you’re looking for a moment to sit.

We went through the drive through around 9pm and could barely order/hear the employee on the other end who seemed inconvenienced that we were even there. Had no idea if our order was understood but the muffled voice said to pull around. In the end everything worked out and our drinks were made relatively quickly, however quality of smoothies wasn’t great.

Even as it was almost empty due to virus concerns, the line of the dive through was filled. We asked for veggie smothies which were scrumptious! Those are also healthy, so a good choose.

Will not be visiting this location again due to managers poor performance to maintain cleanliness and proper food handling. In the picture are two LONG hairs that I found/chewing on in my burrito. When I called the location I spoke to the manager and all she had to say was “that’s really weird because ANY GIRL WITH LONG HAIR DOES NOT MAKE FOOD” she repeatedly kept saying the same thing and Nobody in the location were wearing any hair net/hat.

Tropical smoothie cafe has some great food. Their smoothies are okay. I’ve been to this location 3 times now and every time they mess something up on my order – granted I have customizations – and they end up making the food over again.
First two times we went in store and this last time we went to the drive through.
In store experience definitely is better than the drive through if you want to customize it. The guy had a hard time hearing me – probably because their speakers box in the drive through has clearly been hit.

Went here and asked for turkey bacon ranch (no ranch, light chipotle mayo) got it wrong, went back to re make it and made it very clear no ranch and light mayo, this time it was drenched in mayo, told them about it asking if this is some joke, and they said they made it the way they’re supposed to, this place is garbage and won’t be returning!
