Not sure what was going on tonight but the guy at the drive thru was a little rude but that was nothing compared to my food. First of all it was cold, Secondly, it was all half unwrapped like someone had been digging through it! GROSS!! Thirdly, one of my items appeared to have been picked up into a clenched fist because it was all misshapen and stuck to the wrapper, I had to rip the hole thing apart to get the wrapper off. Worst experience I have ever had here.

Everytime I come here they make my food wrong. Double stacked taco has nachos cheese holding the tortillas to the hard shell NOT BEANS. The turn over rate must be really high because nobody ever knows how to make the menu items correctly.

Majority of the time, food and drinks are good and customer service is on target. Sometimes drive thru can miss stuff on occasion. When we do eat inside the atmosphere is always pleasant.

What the hell! Stopped in and got two been burritos extra cheese extra onions and a burrito supreme, what I received was three tiny burritos that you could hide under a dollar bill. Not only was there NO extra cheese or onions but one had no cheese at all. Almost 14.00 dollars for these nasty tasting mini burritos. I will never be back!

Waited 25mins for an online order after I came inside restaurant. Drive thru cleared and watched a crew member give free drinks to a friend who just showed up. Lazy crew, won’t be back. Reviews are right about this location.

Never tasted bad, but they can never get my order right. End up paying more for the specialty item just to get the regular items or nothing at all. Hiring kids is ok but maybe don’t stick them on the window if they have no intention of taking it serious

It was so gross.. the Mexican pizza was nasty.. I ordered a side of rice and a side of refried beans like I always have.. 2 tablespoons in each container.. no red ssuse or cheese on my beans.. I wont eat it.. what a waste of money and disappointment

Went through the drive through and had ordered Cinnabon bites which were cold on. The outside and insides, then went through again to get it fixed just to get even colder Cinnabon bites.
