Horrible. Your asked to park so they can keep average service time and you still get cold food. Do not waster your time or money here. Can’t seem to put a big mac together. Guess we should be happy those that aren’t capable of working at Wendy’s still have options.

There was also a time when the mcdonalds French fries were the best tasty fried you could get. I remembered when I was a young co- op student I would eat maconalds bic Mac and fries on a regular basis.
Those days are long gone thank goodness. Today the Big Mac looks like someone just ” slapped” it together any kind of way. And it has no taste whatsoever. The French fries are just greasy.
I have noticed this about all the resteraunts especially the fast food. The food no longer has an quality taste it once did and the same is true for Wendy’s and Burger King.
Sorry to say that but the quality of food especially at fast food resteraunts has decreased significantly.

I refuse to rate McDonalds above a 2 in service ever again. Not sure which location was which but breakfast day 1 my son says “dad they burned my sandwich” and day 2 different location he says “well at least they didn’t burn my sandwich this time.” This is essentially what you can expect from McDonalds these days, never a consistent experience.

I regularly go to this McDonald’s because it’s close but like so many who have written reviews here am consistently given bad service. The last time (today) was simply passed over at the drive through. I pointed this out to the server when they finally decided to wait on me but they just didn’t care. Left without ordering anything. It’s weird. I go to Caines or Chick fil a and get wonderful customer service. These companies understand that it’s actual paying customers that make their business viable and profitable, instead of places like this where you are simply treated as if you are bothering the staff who apparently have much better things to do than wait on customers or treat them decently. What a shame, but I’m tired of paying people at this place to simply treat me like garbage.

How can everything be cold after waiting 10 minutes ? Consistently horrible. I’m going to be eating more roast beef since Arby’s is around the corner and they serve the order correct and the food hot. All without feeling like I’m camping in the parking lot.

Never going back to this location. The manager that works in the morning is the absolute worst. Every single time I come through she makes me park. No matter what I get, no matter what pull up and park. I eventually just started saying no, I will wait on the window. She got very mad by that. Rolled her eyes and scoffed. There’s no reason for me to pull up and park because you can’t have a hash brown ready for breakfast. After parking and waiting the food isn’t even hot, she just parks people for no reason. Not to mention, I think this is totally frowned upon as she is just skewing her drive thru times. Do yourself favor and go to another location the manager ruins this whole experience.

I come through the drive thru this morning. I got a steak bagel. The first one I received had no onions or breakfast sauce, which I asked for extra of. I went back inside they got me a new sandwich. I drove back home without looking at the sandwich because to me I thought this was going to be a simple fix. I get back home start eating the bagel and 3 bits into it there was paper that I went to swallow and about chocked on. I’m extremely upset over this as I was sharing this with my daughter and I’ve called 20 times and no one will pick up the phone. I’m not driving back over for a second time. This is a mess up with no room to have excuses for. This is extremely dangerous and unsafe! I would love for someone to get in contact with me over this! As far as I’m concerned this restaurant is willing to take the risk of Allowing contaminated food go out of their restaurant! I would not bring you kids here if you are afraid of them choking on something! This not safe!

This is consistently the worst McDonald’s in the area. Twice in a row I’ve been up charged $1.29 for a large size drink that I never ordered. This morning I got one of the most disgusting bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had. There was one undercooked piece of bacon down the middle, and the rest of it looked like it was totally thrown together. The only reason I ever go to this McDonald’s because of Starbucks is right next to it so it’s convenient but I’ll never go back again again
