This location was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was a bit dirty, they were out of essential sauces needed for the full Arby’s experience. The food was as expected, good. They did not have the jalapeño sliders available which hurt this review also.I’d go there again in hopes improvement is made.

Awful. I’ve loved Arby’s for 15 years but the last few experiences I’ve had at the bel air Arby’s has been awful. From the front register person being unfriendly constantly texting while I’m ordering and stopped giving me change to answer her texts to the fries being actually terrible and Arby’s fries are my favorite. There was mixed in crinkle fries(not really a problem) but also random flakes of roast beef that looks like it was fried with it and French fries that are green. It was like the fries were originally cooked 2 hours ago, sat in the fry basket and then dumped back in 3-4 times for 30 each to reheat. They were just terrible. The sandwich was okay, not as good as it used to be and the turkey was extremely watery and cold. It really seems like the staff and management have no idea what they’re doing. I worked in fast food for 6 years when I was younger, this was just bad and unacceptable.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but three times now my order has been wrong even though my receipt clearly shows I asked for no cheese due to allergies. When I bring it up, staff don’t seem to care. I tried calling no one answers. Yesterday, I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one, and they wouldn’t give me a number. Very concerning, especially since my family likes to come here because it’s convenient.

I really like this Arby’s because the manager is really cool people. I frequent it regularly and yet to travel to the Bel Air store. The Bel Air South Parkway store is always clean and pretty empty inside. Always been a good spot!

I tried the new steak nugget bowl and I was impressed on how it tasted! I give it a 10/10! especially the creamy Mac n cheese and the steak was on touch and the curly fries with it too! I love Arby’s!

Horrible experience. When they screw up 3 times in a month with 3 different crews… that’s unacceptable. I blame management and corporate will be hearing from me on monday. The health administration will be hearing from me also. I have pictures of the filth and my family also witnessed hearing the staff telling eachother how they don’t care about their jobs, and they can’t wait to go home because they don’t work tomorrow. It was so cold my face was frozen, my meal was cold by the time I got it, and my fingers were freezing. My father had to wear his jacket and his hood up the whole time. The fries they gave us? What fries…. there were like 3 fries with a bunch of pieces in the bottom. The medium was half full and the small was almost Non existent. I walked back up and asked for a large fry which looked horrible in the end. Who wants to expect “curley fries” and get a bunch of mini pieces. Will never ever be back here again. Hopefully they get reamed by corporate and the health administration. Disgusting.

Great Arbys experience. I haven’t had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn’t just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.

Almost 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 2 customers ahead of me. Ordered a Classic Beef and was informed they were “out of sauce” when I finally got my order. This was my 1st time here in about 6 months because of a bad experience last time. I won’t make this mistake again.

I must say I am really disappointed with this Arby’s. If I could rate it a zero I would. I ordered the 3 course deal. The gentleman taking the order was either clueless or on his first day of work. I had to go to the window and review the order. I ordered the regular roast beef and crinkle cut fries. They had to remove the curly fries from the bag. After giving me the food I then had to tell him the drinks. Upon returning home to my surprise we had beef sandwiches smothered in cheddar cheese. This might be okay except wrong order and allergies to cheese and dairy products. I attempted to call and speak to the manager. However the phone rings about 10 times and disconnects. I called multiple times. I did reach the new Arby’s by the mall. The gentleman picked up on the third ring. He informed me that the other Arby’s is owned by someone else. Anyway you should hire this guy and maybe personnel that care about service. I probably would have not given such a low review if someone picked up the phone. I did not want to waste another hour of my time driving there and back home.

Lady had an awful attitude and tried to charge extra for horsey sauce and arby sauce packets after spending over $50 she ended up only giving 3 packets and refused to answer the phone after calling multiple times
