So my husband and I were exhausted, and had to rest up so , we decided to order for a delivery to our hotel. My husband is on the road and does this all the time . And usually is informed by the delivery person that the order is at the desk. He and I waited over 1.50 minutes and didn’t hear anything. He tried to call there was no answer so I called about the order. They said we’ll the order would not make it to the room , I said why didn’t the delivery person tell my husband the order was at the desk. Like he usually gets informed. She had no answer for that. I asked how long would it take for a new order she said 30 minutes to cook then delivery after that. I said we are not waiting and to return my husband’s money. I sent an email to the head office to this exact location thanks to GOOLE. And can only hope that he does get his money back . If not will take it up with his bank and the BBB . Who will look into it for us. And since there are other reviews about the same issue from the same location. I can only hope this gets resolved in a timely fashion. And hopefully better procedures going forward. Don’t order from here if you want cold pizza or no pizza and have them lie about sending you the refund.

Ms. Sandy is amazing. I know it’s corporate and things are pretty standardized, but she always makes me feel like my pizza is special. I live around the block, and whether it’s dead slow summer, or busy Mardi Gras- they always get my food out quick and consistent. Ms. Sandy runs that place like a navy ship I love her!

Ordered a pizza. Waited an hour. Fine it’s busy. Called in and was told driver would call when he got to the lobby. 2 hours later finally got through to the store. Oh he left it in the lobby. i hope the store was just having a bad day because that’s definitely what we had after coming home and realizing this is what they gave us. “Pan pizza” chicken with mushrooms. Double pepperoni “NY style” we unfortunately got a sorry excuse for both. Buffalo chicken bites, not pictured were half the size advertised. A waste of time and money. And pizza got here WRONG. FULL of garlic when I labeled no garlic
Update : idk why I ordered here again. Order wrong. They wouldn’t come back and pick it up. Tried calling. Spent 10 min getting the phone call ended. One girl cursed and mocked with the people in the background. Then continued to answer and redirect my call wouldn’t say anything. How do you treat someone like this when you got their order wrong? Then I tipped and couldn’t even get a hello from the deliverer who took off with my drink as well. The disrespect is so sad. WAITED 40 min For the corrected pizza and brought it wrong AGAIN
DIDNT EVEN CUT PIZZA!!! 2 days of wrong order. First time they smothered in garlic. Asked delivery driver if it was correct before tipping. Had to hold the order & wait for a fresh one. Almost a hour later. & this pizza today has oregano again.

Meh.. is the best way to describe this experience. If you are out of all other options, this would probably be a good last resort. The food was hot and they did ok in terms of quality – they charge extra for handmade pan crust. We ordered 3 med pizzas and the one with Alfredo sauce was the worst as there was too much sauce slathered on.
The location is a bit shady with some homeless people hanging around the streets. Tip: Try to stay on Canal street if you walk to this location and avoid the parallel streets.

Didn’t even give us the right pizza and forgot the ranches. I ordered half of pineapple- does this look like half to you? Also this isn’t even the right pizza supposed to be hand tossed. Ridiculous and a mess. Like it’s not rocket science. Updating this review- they didn’t even cut the pizza, this location and the workers are a joke

Staff are friendly. Pizza quality is decent. Issue is that they had not started on half my order by the time I arrived at the scheduled pick-up time (and the app said my order was finished and ready).
The cinnamon twists with apple dip is amazing though. Domino’s has done it again with a mind blowing dessert.
Give yourself an extra 15 minutes to wait for your full order to be available.
