I literally just went through the drive thru to have the worst experience ever at this location. The drive thru experience ordering and paying wasn’t bad, I was waited on by a very polite young man. He did ask me if I could wait out front and they would bring my food to me. I waited 20 minutes then went inside to an unbelievable experience. I walked up to the counter the same young man and an older lady that looked to be a manager looked at me and turned back around. I waited a few minutes as they were filling drive thru orders, none that were mine, then I said excuse me. Nothing. So I said excuse me louder. Nothing. Now mind you all the while there is another male manager in the prep area loudly verbally disciplining someone about my order saying he should go tell me why I’m waiting 20 minutes etc. I’m thinking I wish someone would just tell why I’m waiting for two chicken wraps for twenty minutes. So this banter in the prep area loudly continues and I say EXCUSE ME one more time. The young man turns around, not the female manager, cowardly in her professionalism in my opinion, and asks if he can help me. I say I’m still waiting on my two wraps. He says I know we are working on them now. I replied it’s been twenty minutes and you’re just working on them now?! He replied we are very busy right now.
All I know is after thirty minutes which is highly unacceptable I got my food with no feeble explanation and saw two very unprofessional managers at work. I don’t know the young man’s name that was working the drive thru on Saturday February 21 around 2pm but he should be commended for his efforts to help customers when his manager coward behind him and the other embarrassingly scolded another employee at volumes the whole restaurant could hear.

The food here was pretty stellar for a Burger King location and it didn’t take long at all for them to make.
The guy who took our order made a small mistake and did a fantastic job correcting it.

Me and my family were driving back home from a trip when we decided to stop at this burger king. We walked in a few minutes before 9pm, and we were immediately kicked out. Mind you, there’s a whole other family already there eating. The older woman behind the counter told us that we had to order through the drive thru. As a restaurant worker, I understand wanting to close the dining area on time. But she was being unnecessarily rude about the whole situation. Instead of telling us we could order but not sit or if we could please order in the drive thru, she went out of the cashier to hold the door open, and started pointing and shouting “out! out!” to make us leave. This made the whole family upset, and I’m not sure if she just started yelling because she thought we didn’t speak enough english or something. Either way, my family no longer wanted to eat there but me and my brother ended up still getting our whoopers in the drive thru. While we were there a man attended to our order. My mother asked him if she could speak to the manager, turns out that the woman who kicked us out WAS the manager. My mother told her that the way she handled it was wrong. While we waited outside for our food, the family that was sat inside eating were leaving. They came up to us and told us that the woman tried telling them that they couldn’t eat there either and that the way she was pushing us out was wrong. It’s hard to believe that someone with such a nasty attitude is managing this place. Please treat people better.

Got my food home to find I was a golden ticket winner. I assume this means I now own the Burger King factory. Please let me know how I can redeem. I got super lucky… I almost ate it. I wouldn’t have been able to prove that I won if I had eaten it. Take your time, guys… I’m not mad but this shouldn’t happen.

Awesome guy at the window cant remember his name but his tag.did say 2 year service he was very nice on valentines day the food was super fresh and made correctly even the chicken sandwich had butter on the bun so it was delicious best burger King

The grounds were easily navigated, and lo!…a kind soul held the door as I departed. Such courtesy warms the royal heart.

This place just STINKS. I loved BK as a kid, but then again that was Southside Virginia in the 90s. This particular BK location is absolutely awful. Food is always cold. Inside of the restaurant is always dirty. Skeleton crew working for horrible pay–Walmart and Amazon pay better.

I guess you can say “if you have been to one Burger King, you have been to them all”. It would not apply to this one. The staff is very courteous, the food was served quickly and the dining area was very clean. I don’t eat fast food often but the next time I want a flame broiled Burger, I will make it a point to visit this location.

I recently tried their signature burger and was impressed by how juicy the patty was. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the toppings without falling apart. The sauce had just the right balance of tanginess and creaminess, complementing the meat perfectly. The fries were warm but a bit greasy for my liking. Overall, a delicious meal that hit the spot!
