The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t think product is any better then it was 20 years ago. I actually liked it better then. But it seems to have went down over the years even with all the changes. We tried the pizza the garlic bites and the marinara and five cheese dips. I did not like any of them myself. Also tried the pepperoni cheese sticks they was ok. My wife said it was ok. My 2 sons loved it. But it put a bad after taste in My mouth as well. Sorry I wanted it to be great I have not eaten their in years and was hoping it would have been better but was very disappointed. I can’t recommend the product but again the team was great my hats off to them and their service.

New Years Eve was a mad house and through all the online confusion and horrible wait times the staff at this location really pulled through. Pizza was amazing and the staff never lost their cool through all the customer complaining and confusion. Excellent staff!!!

So I order a small pizza with chicken bacon and jalapeños at 11:13 this morning. It was $23 and I left a $10 tip. I work five minutes away from the Domino’s. I didn’t get my food until 1230 and it was cold. I’ve been calling for a refund for the past hour but no answer. One hour and 15 minutes for a small pizza, and a sprite is ridiculous. Even worse that it was cold. I will never order from this Domino’s again, and I advise you not to. This is the second time in the last time this has happened

Ordered medium extra cheese, extra sauce, extra pepperoni and medium pepperoni, ham, mushroom with extra sauce. Most disappointed I have been in the quality in a long time. It was delivered quick but I can see the lack of sauce through the lack of cheese. Pizza was very dry. The delivery before this one they left the drinks at the store. The delivery before that they delivered someone else’s order entirely and had to remake and bring ours back out. I have 6 free pizzas from rewards points and have kept a steady balance of 6 or 7 pizzas worth or more since the program started. I do NOT see me redeeming those. This store seems to be steadily declining. After being an loyal Domino’s customer since childhood (I’m 36), this particular dominos for 25 plus years… next time I will call Pizza Hut, Papa John’s or cook a Tombstone pizza at home myself!

I called to let her know they gave me THE WRONG AND TOO MUCH FOOD & was not asking for a replacement just making them aware because I am a loyal customer and she was so rude told me to go ahead and file my complaint after finding my order in the system from the exact day and time! This is so unacceptable. She needs accountability. She argued with me on the phone for a good seven minutes and I have it recorded. So I would like corporate number or the local district manager!
