The drive thru was not open . What’s the point of a fast food restaurant if there’s no drive thru. It was very cold inside . I asked for a beef burrito supreme no tomato and they gave me just an onion burrito with nothing but cheese and lettuce. And then I was waiting for a long time . Get it together .

Best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had thanks to Marcus!
Last night my mobile order took forever (understandable on a busy night), and Marcus went out of his way to apologize and promised me a free meal next time. Today the place was SLAMMED. Long line in the drive thru, clearly understaffed, everyone running around like crazy. I almost felt guilty bringing up the free meal promise because they were so busy, but I asked anyway. Marcus didn’t even blink, smiled, said “Of course, I got you,” and had my whole order ready in literally under 5 minutes. He was still super friendly even while juggling a million things.
That kind of follow-through and positive attitude when it’s chaotic is rare. Marcus turned what could’ve been two bad visits into a reason I’ll keep coming back. Give this man a raise!

Bathrooms are out of order, air conditioning must not be functional, very hot inside, they will not take your order at the counter like every other restaurant, they want you to put it into a kiosk, that everyone has been touching, can’t wash your hands because bathrooms are shut down lol.

I am a Vegetarian and chose to purchase the Black Bean Crunchwrap I Received Ground Beef as a Protein option instead of Black beans , I will not eat here again !! They cannot Follow simple instructions if they would focus on the task at hand instead of worrying about Restaurants continuous rush and volume maybe my ordered would have been made properly.

The purpose of the mobile app is so that your food is ready when you get to the restaurant. lol! Not here!
However, at this location, the employees don’t know how to use the system, and you will wait 30-45 minutes after arriving for your food. Outstanding!
Because I frequent this location I can confirm that you will receive faster service if you DO NOT USE the mobile app!
I’m not sure what the problem is with this location, but if you like to wait a very, very long time, this is a great spot to stop. It’s slow enough that by the time you get your food, Jesus Christ himself may have returned to earth and Santa Claus should have dropped your presents off under the tree whenever you get back home.

It was packed then the pizzas didn’t have any meat but on two slices wasnt offered no sauce or anything I’ve called several times and they won’t respond worst taco bell ever!!!

The young lady at the drive thru window has the opportunity to be such a beautiful woman but has the personality, energy and attitude of block wall! Her nails are done nicely, her hair is the Minnie Mouse ear double bun style in braided weave, her skin complexion and facial bone structure are absolutely flawless, and has more going for her than most. So, for her to act like she hates her job or talking to customers is such a disappointment because if she’d get her butt off her shoulders and acted like she looks, I bet she could turn so many peoples days/nights around. Heck, if she would just speak up and smile that would be a start. I go to Taco Bell all the time and my normal ladies know me! However, tonight I was greeted by this young lady and it took all the wind out of my sails and ultimately cost me to lose my appetite. I really want to go back and ask her to step outside and talk to me to see if she’s okay because I mean she looked like she hated everyone and everything and when I see people like that, especially those working in the public food and/or service industry, it makes me feel sad for them! I’m only doing this review and putting it so low in hopes that this young lady sees it and realizes that there are people out here who actually care and look forward to seeing you. And the fact that she has the perfect opportunity to be that bright shining star in someone’s dim and dark day. So, just smile and embrace life. I sincerely hope you know that God loves you and I do too! I’m not mad at you and I’m not complaining. I’m telling you to look in the mirror and realize that God has blessed you and even though things may be tough in your life or something else is going on, you have to put that on the back burner because it is your job to make customers feel like they are the most valuable and valued part of your day when you’re at work. I hope that our paths cross again and the experience is better for both of us.

I ordered online 30 minutes before my arrival just to get pulled up and had to wait an extra 45 minutes for my food. Sort of makes the whole online ordering redundant.
