I’m gonna be honest….nothing quite prepared me for the unleashed chihuahua in the dining room, who belonged to the lady screaming at her kid that was tearing around the dining room, and the subsequent arrival of more kids who joined the original one in running and screaming. After they all left, the smell of someone firing up a joint didn’t surprise me at all, considering they probably deal with that all day every day. If I were you, I’d roll through the drive thru as opposed to dining in. Ignore the weed smoke coming out the window, their employees are going through a lot.
Food and service are good though.

The lady taking orders in drive through 9/30/25 at 8pm I believe her name was Julia, was so kind. I wish every person taking orders and drive-through had her customer service etiquette.

They’ve really gone down hill since last year. I used to have to stop here after other Wendy’s messed my order up. Stopped there a few weeks ago at 20 till 11 and nobody was talking at the speaker, then at the window the girl tells me they’re closed and when I said it was only 10 till she said that her manager already shut down the computers and that there was a McDonald’s nearby.
Now today I go there they handed me my drinks in a flimsy drink carrier and I had to tell them there was supposed to be another frosty. Sit there for over 10 minutes while nobody seemed to be doing anything about the frosty and I check my bags since they felt light and they never gave me my two sandwiches. Then I get home and see all the more fries they gave me in the picture.

While the employees were extremely nice I ordered a value meal with large fries and 2 sides of cheese sauce (the whole reason I went to Wendys) When I get my food I asked for a side of Buffalo for my nuggets. The kid says ok yeah cause we’re actually out of cheese sauce so we cam swap them if that’s OK or it will be a few min for your cheese sauce. I say I’ll wait (again the whole reason I ordered a large fry) and gave the kid $1 for the Buffalo sauce and he has me pull ahead…. After TEN minutes (now with cold food) he comes out the door happily and says “Here’s your cheese sauce AND buffalo” I thank him and go home. When I open my bag the cups of cheese sauce weren’t even 1/4 of the way full AND it was cold…

Don’t recommend getting the new menu item mozzarella chicken sandwich. They are just selling a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese and marina sauce. When we asked about the fried mozzarella cheese patty that is supposed to come with it too, they argued with us saying the slice of regular cheese was fried mozzarella. How is a slice of cheese the equivalent to a breaded patty of cheese?

Ordered food and they offered to refund less than half the amount. The total was double what was listed on the menu 12 and they offered 5 to be refunded to me. Worst deal ever and even worse customer service through the site.
