As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

there rude ash at this location, don’t listen to a word you say then get nasty with you for them being unable to listen and when I said “jus take the this off” they had me sitting here for 4 more minutes trying to ask if I wanted to remove other stuff. just do what I suggested and I would leave already. there’s about 4 other places just as close with way better people and food

Checkers was my favorite place for years. But in past 3 months on multiple occasions they messed my order missing something or incorrect . Had to wait 12 1/2 minutes for my order. They told me to go wait in the parking lot and around 10 minutes I drove back through to the window and asked about my food. The lady was exceptionally rude and I will never come here again. Too many other fast food places with better food and quality service

I just called the store to explain to the manager on duty about my order being messed up. She was so rude . I was explaining to her that I have high blood pressure and that they seasoned my patty’s. I never get them seasoned. I ask for no seasoning. They usually park me while they cook my food . My feet swollen so bad because of the salt they used on the patties. I’m so upset and disappointed because I eat here all the time.

Just came in around 9pm to pick up my order waited around for a bit and finally went to the window at 918pm the manager and one of the ladies working literally told me my food was fresh and its cold ,,, didnt get my drink and when I got it the girl literally slammed the window after throwing the straw, I understand your busy but dont just treat people who are frustrated by getting ignored, your job is to remain professional , I wont be back to this location

Worst checkers in the quad cities, staff is always rude, never wearing gloves. The drive threw is now a robot speaking to you. Thereis nothing fast about the food here, just hope it’s warm. I got a large sprite with my order, nothing came with mustard yet have mustard under my pop lid. I’d avoid this location at all cost
