My husband and I pretty much order food here every week FOR MONTHS. After almost an entire week cooking all our meals at home, this is one of our go to spots for the weekend when I’m too lazy to cook. It’s fast, convenient and moderately healthy depending on what you get. Service is pretty much on par for the most part.
Today, our guacamole’s quality wasn’t good. You can see that some parts of it had a grey / brown color – which isn’t something we wanted to risk eating. He goes to work everyday and if there was a chance that it could get him sick it would’ve messed up his attendance. If something puts our health at risk ( food poisoning, etc ), we will report it.
We called customer service and we were given two free entrees for our next order as compensation for the lack of quality and attention to detail today. I think they need to reinforce the quality of preparation AND have the proper attention to detail when handling food.

We really like this Chipotle in Pace! The location is super convenient, the store’s always clean, and they’ve never been out of anything when we’ve come in. The staff is always friendly and respectful, which makes the experience even better. Honestly, probably the best Chipotle around — especially compared to the ones in Pensacola. We eat here about once a week and it’s always a good experience!

I ordered the Carne Asada and she put these extra well done burnt pieces on my plate. Unfortunately I was starving so I just took it. But if you’re expecting the steak that’s advertised on the Carne Asada photo, it’s not here. Ate two bites and threw away.

What a disappointment. I got a steak burrito bowl and every piece of meat was fatty, gristly, dry and overcooked and the rice was hard, dry and undercooked. 3rd time here and the quality of food has gotten worse each visit. Based on my visit and other reviews I’ve read, if you don’t want to lose customers, you really need to do better.

Chipotle was not overly busy for a late evening dinner. Friendly staff and over all great food quality with taste to match. Sometimes the atmosphere makes me think industrial or lacking luster but that’s just their style. Definitely love eating here.
