Don’t eat here. The chick with the glasses and blond hair was so rude and gave me so much attitude for asking about the Happy Gilmore cups! She asked which ones I had and I told her none yet, which then she proceeded to give me a random cup and tell me I “get what I get” in the nastiest attitude ever! I was planning on asking about extra cups if I could buy them, because I wanted to get a Happy and a Shooter cup for my dad since it’s his favorite movie, but with such attitude before I could even ask she told me that everyone would be asking for whatever cups and that then I didn’t have to buy one at all. I literally just told her “whatever it’s fine” and walked away. If that’s a policy then fine just explain it but you don’t have to be so rude about it. Especially looking at the other reviews about her on here, she should be fired if she doesn’t know how to speak to customers or handle her attitude. Definitely not coming to this location again.

Food for online order hasnt been warmed up is ice cold even when I arrive before it is to be ready and the cheese is obviously not melted. They have forgotten to leave the drink out. They haven’t followed the instructions to not cut the wrap. The wrap is poorly put together. Overall very poor experience and clearly a lazy staff.

While waiting in line we watched one of the employees use no gloves to put bread in the cabinet. The employee preparing food was touching everything with the same gloves- money pens, back into the veggies, etc. We were too disgusted to actually get food and just left. I KNOW the standards of most subways and I remember removing my gloves to touch the register, washing my hands and getting new gloves as a “sandwich artist” in the past. This was disappointing.

The blonde with glasses is the most rudest person I have encountered! Someone stole my mobile order sub and she started treating me poorly right from the start as if it was my issue. Told me she remembers making it but unsure if she could even make it again! Excuse me it was paid for and someone else took it!? The older lady Infront of me offered for her to make my sub quick before starting hers and she gave her attitude as well telling her no she will do them at the same time. Then proceeded to be rude to the grandchild asking about what came with his meal. Get a new job not in customer service if you are so miserable in life!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGER….Called for a online order, said it was going to be ready in 25 mins, I didn’t need it for another hr and 20mins, so I called said I didn’t need it til then, manager was so rude, she said she will see if she can get it done but doesn’t know
and I explained I was extending it out hr and half, she said she can’t give a time etc… then she said she will try, just a horrible horrible attitude.so I went online to customer service and complained which I never do. Then I received an email my order was cancelled, so I called back and again she was very rude she remembered the conversation and said I must of cancelled, I said I didn’t, Then she proceeds and says she cacelled my 70.00 order for contacting customer service! so I definitely took it a step higher! SO RUDE THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!

Very impressed with the 3 young ladies working tonight. They treated us with respect and professionalism as well as everyone they interacted with since we’ve been in the dining room.

What has really been awesome is the way they are interacting with each other and their teamwork and helpful attitude.

The food was great and reflected what we were expecting. Very clean, well lit and music at a nice low volume. Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant experience!

3/7/25 Stopped in at 8:45 pm after driving for multiple hours, 90% of the items where put away and it was very obvious that the young lady wanted to leave.. needless to say, we didn’t get any food..
