Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, had two managers walk right by, clock out and walk away without saying a word. We walked away to order on our phones since nobody would serve us, only to find that there was not a single clean table in the store. Not to mention crumbs all over the floor, overflowing trash can, it was filthy. I’m not one to complain but this was the worst service I’ve ever had.

I’m not sure what happened but things have gone downhill. The portion sizes have shrunk significantly, prices up, my wife got chili, it was like bland tomato water. My half sandwich was a sliver of a sandwich. They put my salad in the same bag with a bunch of hot food so I just got a salad of warm wilted lettuce. Very disappointed

Paid over $12 for a sandwich & they forgot the avocado I called & she said drive all the way back here with your half eaten sandwich to correct um no I’m done with Panera that is NOT customer service pathetic! Customers don’t want to drive all the way back when they are already home & sitting down eating because they couldn’t do the job right the first time! Managers wake up just comp customers over the phone with a free item when they return or THEY WILL NOT RETURN

Hey, if you’re heading to your local Panera that you’re expecting us, will have the appearance of everything that you love.
Sadly, though this one’s different in that, if you place an order to eat in, maybe you’ll get unlucky like we did, and sit around for 15 minutes . Have a great thing about this excessive weight experience with it. We got to listen to the Great School lunch room, gossip in the back of the staff jacking around and not really working.
After our painful, we approach the counter define our meal was bagged up to go when we told him no it was for here. I took an extra five minutes to unpack everything and replayed it.
This place was not busy when we came in. It was just a sheer lack of employee effort.
And the best part of all was when I went to wash my hands to leave, there’s no paper towels .
I understand and value giving teenagers jobs, but I also understand that there needs to be a shift leader that’s keeping things together . Sadly, I don’t feel that this place has that.

I just bought a $6 yogurt. It is joke. There is literally 1 tablespoon of yogurt with a few strawberries. No blueberries, nothing. These used to be the best parfaits now they are child size rip offs. Never again. Had I seen it before I got to the office I most definitely would not have purchased it. Save your $$$$ go elsewhere for yogurt. So disappointed

I got a broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl and fruit for my side. I went to go get my fruit and there was mold all over it thankfully I was paying attention and didn’t eat it. The lack of negligence is crazy to me. The soup also made me feel ill so hopefully that wasn’t expired or something.

I visited in the evening and the staff were not knowlegable about the avaliabity of sandwiches. The cashier was unable to give correct change or make my smoothie. The manager did kindly make me smoothie and apologize.

I ordered a new item on their menu. See below. It had slimy old lettuce on my sandwich. For $12, there should not be lettuce like that in the restaurant.
They changed their menu, switching out more expensive ingredients for cheaper ones. For example, what was the Turkey Bacon Bravo that I’ve loved for years is now the Bravo. It now has ham and cheddar instead of smoked gouda and only turkey.
