I bought an ice coffee which was good. I bought a 10 pack of glazed munchkins. The female gave me some munchkins that looked wet. I tried one and it was wet. I said something to get and she said they were melting from them being in the refrigerated section. Well why would I want some cold ice melted munchkin doughnuts. They were stiff to eat. Smh. She ended up giving me some other ones they had in the case. Not sure why I had to ask for the good doughnuts. Customer service goes a long way with me

This particular Dunkin is hit or miss. Most of the time they miss their mark with me. I have ordered a Chai latte multiple times. I have only gotten Chai once. The rest have been coffee. I can’t drink coffee. Also, it is never full of milk. Usually only 2/3 full. From now on it just get donuts. The only thing they get right.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast today. We used the app to order. When we received our order and took it home. We opened tge sandwiches and noticed the sandwiches were luke warm. The bagels were not even toasted. Like they just opened the bagels and slapped it on and wrapped it. The one bagel had hardly any sauce. Usually, they are great with this. I guess and hope it was a off day.

We just went through the drive through and the young lady working the window was very pleasant! Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I missed her name but I had to give her recognition as it’s extremely rare to find exceptional customers service!

Employee who waited on me was VERY, VERY kind! Iced Coffee was Delish! (as usual), Donuts Look a Bit Smaller and I was Disappointed They DID NOT Have the Old Fashioned Plain Donuts I Ate for Years! I Hope This is NOT a Permanent Decision! My Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Crescent was pretty Disgusting!! I Only Ate it Because I Was Starving… I Actually Prayed I Would NOT Get Sick!! Had a Horrible, Chemical Smell/Taste!!

DD needs to get their shit together. I like to get the loaded hash browns. I ask for extra bacon and extra extra cheese because they barely put any cheese in at all. I dont mind paying for the extra because thats the way I like it. Ill get extra bacon and barely any cheese and have to turn around to get it fixed. Today I go to get it I get a bunch of cheese which is what I want and I strip of bacon. I go back to get it fixed get to the car. I got the extra bacon and barely any cheese. And this is all the freaking time. What’s so hard to put the extra that I paid for on my food. The number of times Ive had to go in to get ot fixed and half the time when its fixed still not right. I will be going to easton for now on. Its ridiculous how they cannot follow directions in Cambridge.
