We placed a simple order for a hamburger with ketchup only and a 2 piece fish meal at 2:10 in the drive thru. We were asked to pull to the other side of the building because they were waiting on fresh fish. At 2:20 I went inside to inquire about the delay. The gentleman inside was pleasant and helpful but the lady at the drive thru wasn’t. The front of her tshirt was extremely dirty and she wasn’t very polite. After finally receiving the order after 25 minutes I left without checking the order (rookie move on my part).
I was given a bacon cheeseburger that I was unable to eat because I’m allergic to dairy. The fish dinner was plentiful but underwhelming.
We will not return.

Out of just about everything / no co2 for beverages, no hot dogs, really no service. Only thing not missing was the roof over their head. Pretty bad when you’re told to pull up, get forgotten about then have to pull back through the drive thru 15 min later.

We ordered from here and the food was terrible the burger meat tasted weird and too much onions hot dogs gross too many onions pickles tasted like cucumbers not pickles they for our fries and when we went back to get them the worker was standing there eating fries out of the bin terrible experience

The food was bad in every way and very disappointing. Stale rock hard breading, the fish was like jerky. Shrimp tasted off like they were spoiled and also were dried out. The fries were dark brown and stale, cheese curds were almost black as well as the hush puppies. The oil in the breading tastes rancid like they need to change it asap. The chicken was the only thing that wasn’t burnt/overcooked but sadly it was pale and undercooked to the point the breading was just smearing off. Had to throw over $30 of food away for fear of getting food poisoning. The restaurant was basically empty yet we waited over 20 mins for “Fresh protein” to be made although we were served old food that clearly sat for a while. They should also stop talking trash about customers within earshot, so unprofessional and sad because the customers weren’t rude and just asked for fresh food. Honestly shocked someone would even serve a family this stuff, just not cool.

We dined in on 1/4/24 around 4pm. The food was perfectly fine. No issues there. They did have a B rating from the health dept on the door. The dining room however looked like it was covered in grease. The windows, the tables, the bottles of condiments all covered in greasy finger prints. We were greeted by an older lady that took our order. She was very friendly. However there were two younger girls that were bagging orders that were so rude. We ordered our food for dine in and got it no problem. At least 20 customer’s came in while we were eating, and the African American girl behind the counter gave them dirty looks and yelled at the customers telling them carry out only. The customers as well as us, were all confused because they allowed us to eat in the dining room but no one else. And don’t ask for condiments. You will be met with an aggravated expression, and while a girl was getting honey mustard she took it upon herself to wipe her nose with the top of her hand. Meanwhile, he face and arms were covered in open sores. Like I said the food was as expected, but the service and cleanliness of the dining room and behind the front counter will turn you off from the place. I did do a survey off the receipt as well. I would suggest drive thru in the future.

Food was ok, but I only had the Long John Silver menu, service could use improvement, Atmosphere was the worst thing about my visit. I dined in. The dinning area was pretty dirty, had to look around for a clean table, the booth seats were ripped and worn out, the whole dinning area is past due for a remodeling. Zero condiments accessible other than the hot sauce and malt vinegar on the tables and they could use a good cleaning, I am assuming the health inspector passed this location so it must be good enough. But other than that its ok, I recommend using the drive through. I’ll add photos to this review on my next visit.

They were out of Root Beer. The hamburger had a peculiar taste to it. Did not taste like other A&W burgers I have had through the years.

This is a Long John Silver’s and A&W. I only ever eat the Long John Silver’s. Last time I went they were out of several menu items, including root beer. I recommend getting the clams extra well done, I don’t think they cook them long enough. I have never seen someone get a burger there and like it but I’ve personally never tried one.

Completely disgusting. I’m pretty sure they haven’t mopped the floors in forever and nothing else has been cleaned. This is at least the second time I have been there and they have been out of items. This time it was cocktail sauce and I’ve cream. We waited 40 minutes for an order and finally canceled it because they never even started it. One customer told us he had walked over to kroger to buy his own cocktail sauce and his food still wasn’t started by the time he returned.
