Honestly the girls at the drive thru are amazing! But the food sometimes it’s really bad, I order salads and chicken sandwiches most of the time, they aren’t that bad but today 12/17/2024 they gave me this salad that I can’t even go back and return it because my lunch is just 30 min, but I can’t even eat this salad. I’ll leave a picture of how I got the salad, honestly THROW AWAY ALL THIS LETTUCE THATS BAD, why the manager let you sell this in the first place!!? And who is the manager !!??! If someone gives you a salad like this one would you eat it?? Ask yourself!? There’s really had management here

I unfortunately work right near this Wendy’s and go here for lunch pretty frequently. You’ll never get your food at in a reasonable time. It’s always a 10 to 15 minute ordeal every time. They take and serve one order at a time to save their precious drive through times so corporate doesn’t come down on them. Save your time and money and go literally any where else

Hands down worst Wendy’s out there. If employees don’t want to work there or put in any effort, don’t get a job. Not only are the nuggets dry and overcooked, but their sandwiches are cold and lifeless. Not to mention they only throw in about 10 french fries if you happen to order any size fry. Go to the Wendy’s on Cedar Crest Blvd, they will give you EXTRA nuggets and fries, and the food is fresh. The employees and owner actually care there! Can you believe it?!

My family and I have been going there for years and the service and quality has went down hill. The most recent time we were there the manager at the drive thru window was very rude and most unpleasant. We ordered double stack burgers…..pub fries and chicken nuggets for the family and I asked very nicely which I have done many times before with success at most Wendy’s that if they can give me plain liquid cheese in place of the liquid pub cheese since I have an allergy to it and to my surprise was denied by the manager saying it will mess his inventory up but as a professional business man I know that a negative item taken off an item and a positive item added creates an equal in terms of money, maybe a little inventory adjustment but it’s for a good cause also known as the customer who are the one’s that keep a place going through our purchases. I have added some pictures of the food right out the bag and it was as disappointing as the managers service. The burgers were hardened like old meat down a half hour before, the pub fries had a sliver of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese and the nuggets were over cooked as well, not very good quality since there was not anyone else in line at the time. So hopefully they will get better at this fast food restaurant because it’s in a good location. It just needs some finesse in customer service and quality fast food cooking.

I bought a breakfast value meal combo that cost 7.49+(50 cent upcharge for mango lemonade not mentioned anywhere until I received the bill)+tax. That wasn’t the problem. I asked for 1 BBQ sauce. They charged me 53 cents for a packet of BBQ sauce. There is no way they’re paying anywhere near that much for BBQ sauce packets. I could understand if I didn’t order anything and they’re trying to recoup costs, but one sauce should be included in an 9 dollar purchase. She was being supervised by a manager so I assume this policy must be set by management or the owner since they didn’t say anything to the employee charging me.

Around 1:30 today I heard racist comments from one of the worker that was on shift. Telling their coworkers to shut up, that they are not allowed to speak Spanish. I also overheard this worker say that all multicultural people won’t be in the country anymore. This guy was wearing blue and had glasses. After what I heard today I will not be going back to this establishment again.

I ordered from door dash, it happened just 30 min ago or so. I got some four little over fried cold patties in my baconator. Same for fries and nuggets, everything is cold and seems to be leftovers from some else’s meal. Disgusting and disappointing

20 min wait for nuggets. Was ice skating in the parking lot while waiting. Lawsuit waiting to happen. The whole lot is straight ice, hard to drive or walk- Id stay away, go elsewhere, poor service as well.
