This Taco Bell location is by far the worst in the area. If you want a decent meal, just go to Forest or Madison Heights DO THE DRIVE, anywhere but here. They’re insanely stingy, giving you maybe three tiny pieces of chicken in a chalupa every single time. It’s obvious nobody cares about quality or customers here. Whoever’s in charge clearly shouldn’t be. They need to quit, because this level of stinginess and disrespect to customers is unacceptable. I regret every visit, and you should too.

Well, wont be back. Food was subpar, same with the service. This is the kind of food to expect. 5 piece chicken meal and the chicken is 100% inedible. If you like breaking your teeth it would be great! Dog wont even eat it. Bread sticks seemed old. Customer service was rude.

Usually don’t leave a review. I went to the drive through today once I hit town after a 4 1/2 hour drive home from out of state work. I made my order for a number 12, a number 7, 2 spicy potato tacos, and a chalupa supreme. In the middle of my order, the screen shows things I did not order. It was addressed by removing everything and starting over. I repeated the order and I still didn’t see exactly what I ordered on screen and I asked twice about it. I was told the order total cost twice and what I ordered was actually on the screen for them and to come to the window. So I did, paid and went home.

The starry was not the right size drink for the 12 combo, they forgot the crunchy taco for the 12 combo, they forgot to add the chalupa Supreme I ordered (I did make sure to repeat myself once the screen got swiped), the tacos from the 7 combo was only halfway filled with food, the cheese on the 7 combo for the quesadilla was not melted at all, and part of it was just sauce.

They offered to fix it, but at this point I am too exhausted and disappointed to drive all the way back for something that should be done right the first time.

I’m not going back to this place.

Kiana was he head cashier and she was so helpful. She was so attentive, friendly, kind and patient as my little nephew and niece wanted to place their own order. They were extremely busy with Door Dash and on-line orders, but she did NOT compromise customer service.

They consistently get my order wrong but they’ve twice now put meat in my black bean crunch wrap. Last time was straight up beef, tonight was little bits of chicken on top of the beans.
They’re either absolutely shocking with food hygiene and don’t care about cross contamination, or they’re deliberately messing with peoples food.
Either way, avoid this store if you have any dietary requirements unless you want to end up in hospital – it’s simply not worth the risk.

This is hands down the most poorly run fast food restaurant I have ever been to.

For one, “fast” is more than a misnomer, especially if you make the mistake of ordering in the restaurant or even placing a mobile order for carry out, regularly my friends and I have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes to pick up orders we placed through the app well-before arrive at the “restaurant”, and before you ask, no they’ve never been busy (gee, I wonder why).

And for “food”, it is laughable how often they screw up orders. Case in point, I just recently picked up an order, my spicy potato soft taco had (I kid you not) 1 potato wedge and 0 sauce. My cheesey gordita crunch has maybe a teaspoon of beef in it, again, 0 sauce, and a hilarious small, I guess dash would be the word, of cheese.

So they’re not fast, and more often than not the food they serve is screwed up. So I’m not sure how they could be considered “fast food.”

I have lost count of the amount of times my orders have been screwed up here, and of course there’s somehow “no way” for them to issue any refunds through the same app you paid for.

Take my word for it, you’re better off going to the Taco Bell next to the mall, fast service, and never once have they gotten my order incorrectly.

Or if you’re deadset on eating on Timberlake, El Cabritos is a much better option than this joke of a Taco Bell.

Tonight 9-8 (but really 9-9 cause it was midnight) they put love on my order, wanted to leave a review somewhere of how good it was, couldn’t find anywhere else to leave feed back so here it is. Thanks my food was hot and well assembled. Looks as close to the pictures on the menu as you can make em. Great work!

Why is it that every fast food restaurant have to have the stupidest and rudest staff on the payroll. It literally takes a couple seconds to ensure that a lid is correctly placed and sealed on the cup before serving it to the customer. And listening needs to be made a priority to make sure what the customer orders is what the customer receives
