We got the Chendu Style Zajiang noodle and it may have been one of the best zajiang noodle I’ve had. The restaurant is inside 99 Ranch but they renovated it and it’s a very cozy atmosphere. We also got the Fries Tofu which was also a treat! It’s very soft tofu on the inside but with a perfectly fried outer shell. We would definitely come again!

Very disappointed. I’ve been a regular customer for over three months and always order the same thing on the same day of the week. Beef soup is a must in my order.
Today was shocking. First, my order was messed up. Then, the employee was rude from the moment I walked in. To make things worse, what was labeled as “beef soup” looked like someone’s leftovers—but it turned out to be plain beef stock.
What am I supposed to do with that? Go home and cook it myself? If I wanted beef stock, I could buy it at the supermarket. I order beef soup because it’s usually flavorful and delicious, good for when you’re craving soup only-yet today I received something completely different.
They seriously need to train their employees and be consistent about what they’re selling.
One day it’s actual beef soup, the next day it’s just stock. That inconsistency is unacceptable, especially for regular customers.

There are many choices that are authentic and tasty, the environment is so nice. My nephew’s family came from Kentucky visiting us, we ordered Chengdu Instant Spicy Steam Pot (includes rice), Guilin Hot & Sour Beef noodle, Traditional Fish with Chinese Pickle noodle, Daokou Roast Chicken, Beef Roll and other small dishes. They all are so good!

Restaurant is inside ranch 99, across from the bakery. I ordered the #7 with egg noodles, and it was super tasty! Sour and spicy with mala spice. I couldn’t stop inhaling the soup so I kept choking on the spice, but I still finished the entire bowl! Portion is generous. Will be back!

Still as good as ever! Went at lunch and the place was bumping! Ordered plain beef noodle soup for the kid and he devoured the whole bowl. Great even for picky eaters!

Updated in 8/31/2025: My recent visit was unfortunately disappointing. The beef slices provided for the hotpot were nearly all fat and essentially inedible.
My original review: This Chinese restaurant is over my expectations. The dishes are quite tasty. I was particularly impressed by the attention to details: the water has a much cleaner taste than tap water, the rice was good quality, and the lunch meat in the hotpot wasn’t the cheap, low-grade kind. These are small details many Chinese restaurants even some fancy ones overlook, but customers definitely notice.
On top of that, the waitress and the waiter are very friendly. Will for sure go there again.

Went shopping for groceries inside 99 Ranch and happened to find Noodology inside finally opened. We stopped by for late lunch before shopping and it was so delicious! We got the Scallion Pancake Beef Rolls, Sichuan Spicy Wontons, #16 Dried Beef Slices Noodles. The dried noodles were ridiculously good, just perfect in sichuan flavor balance, I’d rate it the best of what we tried. The Sichuan Spicy Wontons were good, not that spicy at all(for me) I think I should have ordered the Hot & Spicy version, as I think it would balance all the meals better, I’d rate this last best. The Scallion pancake is sweeter in flavor but it’s a great palate cleanser break from the noodles and the wontons, I’d rate it second best. Will be back soon, thinking of the noodles.

I went to the place with my family, the food was incredible, full of flavor and made with fresh ingredients. we tried several different rice noodles, and they are absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. The portions were generous, and the balance of flavors was spot on.
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick, and the food arrived hot and fresh.
I highly recommend this place, and It’s definitely become one of our family’s favorite spots!

They serve the most authentic noodles in the area. Everything is so delicious! Their service is also 5-star. My son accidentally spilled the noodle soup. I felt so bad. The lady who worked at the front was so sweet and kind. Quickly cleaned the floor up.

Service and ambiance are average, typical of a Chinese restaurant. The food was excellent and very tasty. Their soup was very well-balanced, high quality, and very tasty. The pork intestine rice noodle that I tried was excellent, with very soft and tasty intestines. Their rice noodle portions were big and filling, very satisfying. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves rice noodle soups. Pro tip: you can order to-go and sit outside in the food court area, where there are many more seats.
