Went to lunch here today with my Dad. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were pleased with our food. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking.

Went to Wendy’s today and got a chocolate frosty. I was driving while eating it so I wasn’t looking at it, and I thought that I was just biting into some ice crystals. Sometimes they tend to be icy. I then happen to look down into my cup and see a metal sliver. I then proceeded to look around in my cup and found more and more metal went back to the store, the employees of the store couldn’t seem to bothered asked for a refund was given a piece of paper that you have to fill out and then the DM will determine if they will mail you a check for your refund never heard of this practice absolutely ridiculous. Demanded them to call the DM. The DM agreed to give me the refund while waiting on the refund. I noticed the moldy ceiling tile and took a picture.

So this wendys use to be cold , greasy food and looked terrible but today I decided to give them a try since I didn’t want to travel to one out of my way , I must say this place did a 360 turn around! I don’t know if new management or cook but food was hot , fresh and delicious! The chili was great with lots of meat and lived the shredded lettuce instead of a big chunk ! Will be returning soon ! Great job

I ordered it from online. I didn’t eat the chicken at all. It was very very bad undercook it was frozen. How come they send this to the customer? I can’t believe that and I am not very happy. I am very disappointed because they send me this kind frozen chicken

Fries were cold and old, Chicken nuggets were cold hard and old, and the baconator we asked to have tomatoes and onions on it and they gave it back with nothing on it

The management is horrible and do not know how to train the employees to actually have a decent running kitchen! When someone has to wait 20 minutes before the order gets taken at a fast food spot, is it really fast food anymore!!! And then when you wait that long you would think food would be right! Instead you get hair stuck in food from the badly trained employees!!!!!

New Year’s Day. Very short staffed but they posted a note on the door giving a heads up. Why don’t other restaurants do this? Letting me know ahead of time of an issue is not only helpful but courteous.

On top of that, instead of being stressed they were EXTREMELY DELIGHTFUL. Joni was amazing. She said she’d call us when it was ready but actually brought it to our table.

I just wonder, it’s it so hard to read the darn receipt for a mobile order? I clearly ordered a Double Pretzel Baconator and got instead a regular double baconator. They don’t understand what Dine- in means and they keep putting your food in a darn bag. Also they make your food regular because they know they’re out of the pretzel buns and they have the decency to tell you. I just keep getting disappointed in this place.

Ordered a bacon cheese baked potato, to go. Paid for extra cheese AND Extra Bacon. When I got home I noticed the potato had NO BACON on the potato. Extremely disappointed!
