There was only one person at the counter but she was very friendly and in good spirits given her coworker just walked out on her a few minutes before we arrived. She handled the situation very professionally. Our orders were done in a timely manner and brought to our table with a smile on her face. She is definitely a great employee! Great job!!!

Customer service was awful. The worker, a young lady, put a few pinches of cheese on, no joke, see my photo. I politely asked if she could put more since it didn’t even begin cover the “mini pizza”. She flatly refused. Weird thing was she put ample cheese on my kids’ pizza. First time I ever skipped tipping. I ended up putting some of the cheese from the side salad (which, BTW, had a ton) onto my pizza.
My daughter says the crust is like a cracker crust. I spent $44 for 3 sub par pizzas.
The price may seem cheap, however they nickle & dime you (force your hand to pay $1 extra for a standard serving of cheese, & $3 for a standard non cracker crust). Save your
$$$ and go to Blaze Pizza or a real pizza place.
Also, the restroom was out of supplies & needed to be cleaned.

Ordered two pizzas with a good amount of toppings and got two pizzas with only cheese, pepperoni and sausage. Tried calling the store to see what was going on and no one was picking up my calls. Used to order/come here often and had no issues with the pizzas I got, but the one time I have an issue no one’s responding.

Pieology pizza has nice customize option for customer. You can add as many meat/ sauce/ topping as you want from their list. Also they have variety option for pizza crust. I chose the cauliflower one as mentioned it’s keto friendly. It’s good that you can add many kind of sauce on your pizza but be watch out for adding too much then pizza turns out really bad.!
As my order’s very late at night. When i came they were cleaning up the store. Caught that they even keep my pizza box in the warm bag while waiting for being picked up !!!! A Small thing makes me feel staff really care about customer food!!! Appreciate for it.

We are long time favorite fans of Pieology in Bay Area and decided to try it the one in Folsom. We got 2 thin crust pizzas. The girl who helped us was kind and put 2 half pizza on different tray as I shared a pizza with my kiddo.
In my previous experience in different store, they usually asked if I want any butter on my crust before proceeding to putting the sauce but they didn’t ask me for it here. We chose our own topping and they gave generously. My problem was with the crust – it was super thin and couldn’t hold the toppings. Aside from that, the sauce & topping were tasty & fresh.

I am new to this place but I loved it! One cost and you can choose any toppings you like, awesome! I had the stuffed crust. It was stuffed everywhere across the pie, not just the edges. Cooked to perfection. Tasted like a dream. Several sayces to choose from also

First time at a Pieology. I would have to say I like the crust options and the drink selection. I only saw one sauce but there were many cheeses to selet from. I was given a number for my table and they brought the pizza out to me when it was ready. The pizza was delicious.

I brought some work friends here for lunch because one of them recommended the place. The customer service was perfect and so was the pizza. The BBQ chicken with jalapeños had the perfect amount of spice. I love looking forward to leftovers.

Absolutely divine. Without exception, the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust (the rising one) was crispy and fluffy in all the right places, with extra sauce to my tastes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering they were working on Christmas Eve, I commend them for even normal customer service, but they were stellar and we shared quite a few laughs as it was my first time at their restaurant.
