Originally from up north and this was our first time in a Waffle House. Both my boyfriend and I had an amazing time! Penny and Brie were there and they made our dining experience amazing! Penny was so kind and was so easy to talk to. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who made the food but the food was AMAZING too! Overall if you need some solid breakfast in a solid restaurant with some solid people. This is the place!

I have to say, that has to be one of my top 3 WaffleHouse visits. We were tired grumpy, have been at the hospital all day and just wanted to eat. I had a deluxe bacon burger, she had a two egg breakfast with hashbrowns and grits. My sister is extremely picky. She always sends something back to be redone. Not this time. Everything was delicious and cooked correctly. I’m grateful for a good meal after a trying day. Thank you.

I don’t know if this is the norm. But as of today May 25, 2025 the food, service, cleanliness and atmosphere was great. The best tasting waffle house meal I had was today and this 12 noon staff is very conscious about the customers and getting things cleaned up in a timely manner. Great experience today.

Was busy so we sat down to wait. The Cook tonight burnt everyone’s food. Everything but the eggs. Then she started arguing with Linda. Blaming her for burning the food and she is a server. Very unprofessional cook. ( Color Lady)

Horrendous service. Literally just due to one woman who resorted in my rudest encounter ever in a restaurant. Blonde woman was yelling at coworkers from across the restaurant the entire time me and my friends were eating, we couldn’t even think and felt like we were being interrupted by how obnoxiously loud she was being. Then, when paying, we all payed separately and I tipped $2 for my $13 meal which is ~15%. As a broke college student I can’t exactly afford to throw tips around.
Now even if someone doesn’t tip, the workers are 100% in NO RIGHT to berate customers. However, in my case, EVEN WITH my tip, she proceeded to look disgusted at me, goes “eughh…” and then on my way out she talks down on to me for not tipping enough, thanking my friend who tipped more while saying “not any of that $2 nonsense” or something along those lines. Also told me “we don’t do percentages around here” whatever that means. I honestly don’t even usually tip because I can’t afford it, but in this case I only did it because she literally ASKED me to do so before I payed – and even then she still talks down on me?
Genuinely unacceptable. Even if someone doesn’t tip you don’t have the right to talk down, let alone someone who actually does. How the hell did you even hire this woman? Thinking about all the other times she’s likely done things like this. Wish I could have taken my tip back after that.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Ruined my entire night being reminded how rude people can be.

Amy, the server, is a grown adult woman who berates college students about not tipping enough. I’m 24 yrs old, and am not your provider, Amy. If you’re that strained for cash you probably shouldn’t be working at a Waffle House. This is not a Ruth Chris Steakhouse, my meal is $15. The cook is chill, it’s a shame he has to work with her though.

Enjoyed an early Saturday breakfast treat. The staff is wonderful and the eggs and waffles were excellent. The bacon was good, but almost too crispy. The staff makes sure your coffee never gets below half empty.
