Disappointing experience at KFC. Got 2 pc original chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. Somebody forgot to season the chicken. The distinctive KFC-spice taste was missing, just bland. And the mashed potatoes were completely liquid. A “miss” today, except for the always perfect biscuit.

They forgot some items in my order. The way they packaged my steak chalupa caused the shell to Crack and all the meat to fall into the bag. Other than that everything was fine, hot and ready in a timely manner.

Where I live, this is the only taco bell in the area and it’s still not close to me. I was in the area and decided to take advantage and grab some taco bell. Unfortunately I was not happy with what I got; the quality of the preparation for the Taco Bell menu needs attention at this location. I bought the crunchwrap meal and could not eat or enjoy it because it was soggy and messy. The crunchy taco crumbled apart and also could not be enjoyed.

My 4$ taco the workers were friendly but the quality is always lacking they seem to be rushing alot to make the products and skimp or forget ingredients. This is the new double layer taco I think they forgot the inner layer.
My recent visit with New photos we got the party pack with beefy 5 layer burritos minus beans. I think they took that as minus everything. 3 had only beef and one as you can had minus beef also i guess its a negative 5 layer burrito unless the bread is a layer im not sure lol. They are always skimping on ingredients or maybe moving so fast they forget to add them. The workers were friendly ive never had an issue there its just quality/quantity of food. The tacos were fine that came in the box. The burritos were unacceptable and an embarrassment.

I came there last night at 8:30 PM. I sat in line for 30 to 40 minutes. Got home the food was stone cold and stale. This is actually a picture of my two crunchy taco Supremes. Sorry the picture of the soft tacos you’re really can’t see cold and stale. I went there at noon time today to speak to the store manager and was told he does not come in until after 4. I returned again at 5 o’clock and spoke to a manager Jay who was absolutely terrible at his job. He explained to me that the store manager is named Alex and will not be in for two weeks. I then asked for the district managers name and number and told me they don’t have one nor have to answer to any corporate rules. Now Jay had no desire whatsoever to make this right.or right there mistake. I left my name and number and asked for the store manager to call me back but I will be pursuing this to corporate first thing tomorrow. The manager Jay has no business in the position he is in he should be terminated immediately for the way he treats customers. I have a Live two blocks away from this place for the last 13 years and I don’t know if I would ever go back to this place again because of him I would give them a zero stars but it makes me leave at least one even though they don’t deserve it!!!! And this is all for an order that was under just under $10.

Just been to this Lowell Taco Bell and ordered few items. While ordering cashier said cheesy burr comes 2 in one order but when I get home and started eating, there was only one Dip Burr. Paid 6 dollars but received only one.
